When my aunt needed to be moved immediately to a memory care facility due to dementia, as her only relative in the same state/city, I had a lot of work to do. I had no idea she was living a hoarding lifestyle until I walked into her apartment she'd lived in for almost 30 years. I immediately called Bio-One of Oceanside for help. Not only did they come out to give me an estimate on the day/time I requested, they also showed up on the day that worked for me to clean out her apartment - which was no easy task.
