BioOne recently cleaned my sister's garage, which had been inhabited by books, furniture, and junk, as well as mice and rats, for many years. The scene was appalling, but BioOne came out and emptied the garage, took the refuse to the dump, and sanitized all cabinets, floor, and wall space, making the area safe to store my sister's possessions while I get her house ready for her return from assisted living. From the first call to BioOne, their professionalism was apparent. They provided the information necessary to make an informed decision about hiring them, came out and inspected the garage, and got right back to me with a fair estimate. The work began promptly and was finished as promised, on time, and was completed with a quality that was far more than I expected. When my aunt needed to be moved immediately to a memory care facility due to dementia, as her only relative in the same state/city, I had a lot of work to do. I had no idea she was living a hoarding lifestyle until I walked into her apartment she'd lived in for almost 30 years. I immediately called Bio-One of Oceanside for help. Not only did they come out to give me an estimate on the day/time I requested, they also showed up on the day that worked for me to clean out her apartment - which was no easy task. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service of Bio-One! I was about to spend $200 for their services, but the gentleman who came to my home explained that you only need the service if someone infected with Covid-19 has been present. I thought the treatment was a protective layer against the virus, but it doesn't work that way. The chemicals kill Covid-19, but since Covid-19 wasn't present in my home, I did not need the service. I saved $200, but if I ever need their service, I will definitely call them :)
