We had a visiting relative with a medical issue that resulted in a rather stinky mess that we were in a hurry to get cleaned up. Bio-One responded quickly with helpful information and no pressure. In all my interactions with the owners and staff, I felt like I was working with friends. Most importantly, they safely cleaned up the area and removed the horrendous odor. Their personable and caring attitudes would be especially beneficial for traumatic situations that I'm sure they encounter with some of the other services they provide!

Derek and his crew are great! They are "on call" during the off hours so when I had to call on a Sunday evening, they answered and were so helpful! They came the next day to get started on the process. They all were so nice, so professional and most of all - compassionate!
