During difficult times, we’re here to help—quick, kind, and capable. We handle the cleanup so you can focus on what comes next. Here’s what you can count on from us:
We take it from there—restoring safety, calm, and comfort. When you call Bio-One, here’s what happens:
We're by your side from the first call to the final walkthrough.
The person running your local Bio-One isn’t just in the business—they’re part of your neighborhood. They know the area, understand what you’re going through, and care about making a real difference. Trained and certified, they lead a team that shows up 24/7 with compassion, discretion, and respect.
When you call, you’re not getting a stranger. You’re getting a neighbor who’s ready to help.
Cory Flores is the owner of Bio-One of Orange. He grew up in Southern California and graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s in Business Finance. Cory has worked in a variety of industries but found the most success in the restaurant service industry as a server, bartender, and manager. His passion for serving others has driven him to build a business centered on compassion, professionalism, and making a positive impact.
Cory is a lifelong learner who constantly looks for ways to improve himself and give back to his community. He and his wife, Naomi, are happily married and proud parents of two young children and a pug named Dolly.
I’ve always known I was built for something intense—something where I could help people in ways most others can’t. I didn’t even know this industry existed until I started researching it.
When I saw how Bio-One helps people through the darkest days of their lives, I knew this was it.
Before this, I worked in hospitality—serving, bartending, helping people feel taken care of. I always got fulfillment from providing five-star service, making people feel seen. That hasn’t changed. It’s just that now, I’m doing it in the moments that matter most.
What drives me is simple. Helping someone stay in their home, restore a space after loss, or move forward from a traumatic situation—those are the wins. That’s what our team is built to do.
No one wants to make these calls. But when they do, we’re ready. We show up. We make a difference. And that’s why I started Bio-One of Orange.
When you call us, it’s not a machine—it’s me or someone on our team answering, right away. There’s no press-one-to-hold or corporate loop. You’re talking to a real person who knows how to help.
We ask what’s going on—not to pry, but to listen and understand. Most people don’t know what to say or where to start, and that’s okay. We’ll ask a few questions, maybe request a few photos if you’re comfortable, and explain exactly what happens next.
Every call is different. Sometimes we dispatch immediately. Other times, we walk you through insurance, scheduling, or how to prepare the space. Our only goal is to take the weight off your shoulders.
Our job starts the moment you reach out—not when we show up. And from that first call, we want you to feel like someone is on your side. Because we are.
The number one fear I hear from clients is about privacy. They don’t want neighbors asking questions, they don’t want people watching, and they definitely don’t want to relive what happened.
That’s why we show up in unmarked vehicles. We don’t park with logos or anything that draws attention. We get suited up inside—not in the driveway—so you’re not on display. If anyone asks what we’re doing, we simply say, we’re here to help the family. That’s it.
Our team is trained to act with total discretion. We don’t share details with anyone. Even within our company, we only discuss what’s necessary to get the job done safely and respectfully.
This is your space, your story, and your healing. We’re just here to quietly help you move forward—with care, professionalism, and zero judgment.
We recently helped a family whose loved one had lived in a hoarded garage. The situation was serious—code enforcement was involved, and the home was about to be red-tagged. The family was overwhelmed. The owner was in the hospital and couldn’t return unless the space was cleared and sanitized.
We worked closely with the city, cleaned the property top to bottom, and helped the family meet every requirement to avoid losing the home. That person had lived there since 1987. Helping them keep it—that’s something we’ll never forget.
Another client broke down in tears when we found family photos and paperwork they thought were gone forever. Moments like that stay with you. That’s what we mean when we say we care.
It’s not about the cleanup—it’s about what it means to the person on the other side.
We see people in their most vulnerable moments. And we’re proud to help them reclaim control, one step at a time.
We don’t just finish a job—we walk it with you. Before we leave any site, we go over everything we’ve done, step by step. We hold your hand through it all, and we don’t leave until you’re satisfied.
Sometimes clients ask if we’ll find something important—family photos, documents, valuables. If we can, we do. We’ve had clients cry when we hand them something they thought was gone forever. That’s the kind of detail we’re looking for—not just surface clean, but emotional peace.
We also make sure everything meets our checklist. Our team follows a structured remediation process, from driveway arrival to equipment load-out. It’s not guesswork—we use certified steps to guarantee safety, sanitation, and trust.
And if something didn’t go the way it should have? We own it. We work with the client to fix it. That’s part of our standard. Because when we leave, you should feel lighter than when we arrived.
More than cleanup—it’s about community. We go beyond cleanup to support real people in real need. We’re not just here to clean. We’re here to care.
Bio-One works closely with first responders, local agencies, and community groups to help those facing crisis, loss, or trauma.
No matter how we grow, our mission stays the same: Always put people first, help with heart, and do the right thing.
Trained, certified, and ready for anything.
Every Bio-One technician is highly trained in biohazard cleanup. But it’s not just about skills—it’s about heart. We show up with:
We know how to handle challenging situations safely, quickly, and with total care for the people involved.
We treat every job—and every person—with care and respect. These aren’t just words—they’re how we work, every time.
At Bio-One, we don’t just clean. We listen. We show up with kindness, work with integrity, and protect your privacy every step of the way.
No judgment. No shortcuts. Just honest help when you need it most.
Helping first. Always.
