Owner

Cory Flores is the owner of Bio-One of Orange. He grew up in Southern California and graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s in Business Finance. Cory has worked in a variety of industries but found the most success in the restaurant service industry as a server, bartender, and manager. His passion for serving others has driven him to build a business centered on compassion, professionalism, and making a positive impact.

Cory is a lifelong learner who constantly looks for ways to improve himself and give back to his community. He and his wife, Naomi, are happily married and proud parents of two young children and a pug named Dolly.

"Recently came into possession of a home that had previously been owned by a hoarder. The problem was not only overwhelming but very sensitive as well provided the former owner asked to be involved in the identification of possessions that they wished to retain. Admittedly I had no idea how to begin such a massive project and started to call specialists (I had no idea this industry existed). After several underwhelming calls and subsequent bids, I found Cory Flores of Bio-One of Orange. He promptly came to the property to evaluate. I immediately knew he was different from the others I had met. Cory was professional, empathetic, and fair. After selecting him for the job, he and his team did absolutely spectacular work on the home, going above and beyond in almost all aspects of the project --- cleaning, dealing with the former owner, accessibility, communication, and general time to complete. While I admittedly have zero intention to find myself in a similar circumstance in the near future needing such services, if I did, I would not hesitate to reach out to Cory of Bio-One of Orange again.
