David went above and beyond to help us navigate through this difficult situation. We live in another state and had no idea how to handle this. He was very kind and walked us through the whole process. Went into the house before we did to check things out and made sure the house and vehicle were secure. Even after they cleaned he was available to answer any questions about how to move forward with the property. I'm so glad this was the first place I called. They did a wonderful job with cleanup. Bio-One surpassed my expectations when decluttering a clients home! They understood the delicate situation and acted with much compassion & understanding during the clean out. My client was very nervous and embarrassed but David’s team quickly put her mind at ease as they worked through her home, room by room. Once they were done she was so excited she told me it felt like a huge weight had been taken off her shoulders that she didn’t even realize was there.
