He was very kind and walked us through the whole process. Went into the house before we did to check things out and made sure the house and vehicle were secure. Even after they cleaned he was available to answer any questions about how to move forward with the property. I'm so glad this was the first place I called. They did a wonderful job with cleanup. We had an accident that required blood clean up. We searched for a company that could do the job and located Bio-One of Pasco County. We explained our need to David and he asked how soon we needed the clean up completed. It was late evening and we needed the clean up to open our venue the next morning. David was very helpful and arrived at our location around 10:30 in the evening. He and his team worked until approximately 1:30 the next morning to complete the clean up. They were very well organized, professional and met all of our expectations. We definitely recommend them if you need any type of Bio clean up.

Bio-One surpassed my expectations when decluttering a clients home! They understood the delicate situation and acted with much compassion & understanding during the clean out.
