    Joe from Bio-One was recommended by a family friend and I am so glad we called him. Joe was very professional and patient with us during what was an incredibly stressful time. I've never had a sewer water issue in the 10 years we've lived in our home and I had no idea what the clean up process would entail (or cost). After speaking with another company (which scared me due to the astronomically high quote I was given) speaking with Joe was a relief. He had a calming personality and was patient in explaining his process and answering my questions. I was at work the day Joe came out to evaluate our basement and provide a quote for the clean up, but my husband confirmed Joe was excellent to work with. As my husband walked him through the affected space he explained the process and necessary steps. After providing a quote, Joe came back with the necessary equipment and performed a complete and thorough clean up. I was incredibly happy with the work done and I would highly recommend Bio-One.
