I had a major hoarding situation with a deceased family member's house. Besides it being a dangerous environment, there were some serious biohazard issues through out the home. James is one of the most giving and compassionate human beings that I've never met. I say "never" because we only spoke via the telephone. He sanitized my grandmother's home for me after she caught a stomach bug that was contagious to the touch and did it out of the kindness of his heart free of charge. This goes to show there are still honest and trustworthy people in the world. He put my mind at ease and refused any compensation. I recommend him to the fullest extent and thank him tremendously!
