    James is one of the most giving and compassionate human beings that I've never met. I say "never" because we only spoke via the telephone. He sanitized my grandmother's home for me after she caught a stomach bug that was contagious to the touch and did it out of the kindness of his heart free of charge.     I had a major hoarding situation with a deceased family member's house. Besides it being a dangerous environment, there were some serious biohazard issues through out the home. James was wonderful to work with, his compassion and professionalism was truly exceptional. He did the extra mile so that the job would be completed in a timley, safe manner. James did everthing that he promised to do and beyond. The crew was awesome, they were compassionate to my situation, finding missing documents that I needed. They did an incredible job, moving safely, fast and thorough. I highly recommend Bio-One.
