James is wonderful. He is professional and does amazing work but what was such a blessing is that he was so so kind. The clean up he did for us was really quite disgusting and he didn’t bat an eye. He was very clear in his communication and did great work. I just can’t stress how kind he is-he’s got wonderful energy and his way of being really made the terrible experience of having to get a biohazard in my dads home cleaned much less traumatic. I can’t recommend James more highly.

Making decisions As how to deal with clutter and letting go are at times difficult. Bio-one was recommended by a friend and I am glad I listened. They actually care and are careful and helpful in making sure what you want to keep is handled carefully. We were amazed at the speed and after clean up. I had a major hoarding situation with a deceased family member's house. Besides it being a dangerous environment, there were some serious biohazard issues through out the home. James was wonderful to work with, his compassion and professionalism was truly exceptional. He did the extra mile so that the job would be completed in a timley, safe manner. James did everthing that he promised to do and beyond. The crew was awesome, they were compassionate to my situation, finding missing documents that I needed.
