Had a huge mess that seemed impossible to clean up. They came in and left the place looking like it was brand new! All of this while being friendly and considerate. I don't see how any service could ever be any better than this. Choose these guys! You will not be disappointed!

I had a family member who became very depressed and lived in his car for 3 months. He had to be hospitalized and I became responsible for him. His car was parked at an emergency room filled with any and everything. I didn't know what to do to with the mess/smell from the car. I found Nick Phelps of Pittsburgh Bio-One on-line and asked if his service included autos. He had never done a car but was very quick to come to look at it and give me an estimate. I became very emotional every time I talked about the state of the car and he was very understanding and compassionate. He took the car and in less than 24 hours had done an amazing job of cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing WITHOUT JUDGMENT. He is a great guy and I can't thank him enough. From the very start, Nick was super responsive and sensitive to what we needed and how best to quickly and efficiently get it done. He was also very kind and respectful as he helped us navigate the logistics of responding to our family tragedy. His crew was also great. They worked hard under hot, difficult conditions.
