I became very emotional every time I talked about the state of the car and he was very understanding and compassionate. He took the car and in less than 24 hours had done an amazing job of cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing WITHOUT JUDGMENT. He is a great guy and I can't thank him enough. I had an excellent experience with Bio-One of Pittsburgh. I recently hired Nick Phelps and his crew to clean a hoarder situation in a condo that I own. Nick responded quickly to my initial call and sent a very detailed proposal in less than a day after assessing the project. Nick and his crew were on time, respectful of the building rules, followed all Covid precautions, were very thorough and tidy and overall caring individuals. Nick was also very flexible about splitting the job into two different days. Nick's email and phone communication was excellent, confirming every detail along the way.
