I hired Bio-One of Pittsburgh to clean up after a plumbing disaster and sewage back up in my basement. The Bio-One crew did a wonderful job providing this clean up. They were attentive and respectful of the tenant’s belongings. They arrived promptly as promised, they answered all my questions and did a beautiful job! The basement smelled fresh and looked great. Nick responded quickly to my initial call and sent a very detailed proposal in less than a day after assessing the project. Nick and his crew were on time, respectful of the building rules, followed all Covid precautions, were very thorough and tidy and overall caring individuals.
