We had a sewer line break and spill within our underground garage in La Jolla. Bio-One was there within an hour and investigated the problem and the immediately sent a crew to handle the Bio-Clean up. Rene (the owner) was involved every step of the way well into the evening (10 pm on a Friday night). I have been in HOA management for closet to forty (40) years and never had such a great response from a vendor. I was under the pressure to get the clean-up done quickly and the great people at Bio-One came through. They will always be my go to company for any Bio clean-up job. Thanks Rene & crew!

I have a cat that and she’s been spraying and peeing everywhere due to a long term UTI. Renee hooked it up. Taylor was AMAZING! She was everything we were hoping for. She worked with my 7 year old whose only wish was for her to be fun. And she delivered. "I can't say enough good things about this company! During my search for a mold inspector, I was given the name and phone number for Rene Flohr. My call was answered within minutes.
