Very organized, showed up on time as scheduled, techs were very professional. Worked steadily at attic cleaning all day and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them

Renee hooked it up. Taylor was AMAZING! She was everything we were hoping for. She worked with my 7 year old whose only wish was for her to be fun. And she delivered. Was able to to navigate through years of busyness and all of my and my child’s emotions, staying compassionate about our situation. Taylor could survive anything. Poor thing was stuck in the autumn San Diego heat. And kept a calm attitude through it all. Grateful for their services and choosing the right people.

We had a sewer line break and spill within our underground garage in La Jolla. Bio-One was there within an hour and investigated the problem and the immediately sent a crew to handle the Bio-Clean up. Rene (the owner) was involved every step of the way well into the evening (10 pm on a Friday night). I have been in HOA management for closet to forty (40) years and never had such a great response from a vendor. Great service. Staff were professional, friendly, and understanding. My mother's house had been hoarding for decades to the point where the conditions threatened her life and the stability of the building itself. The Bio-one guys were able to remove all the trash and useless stuff accumulated over the years and deep clean making the house look brand new. highly recommended

I have a cat that and she’s been spraying and peeing everywhere due to a long term UTI. I was seconds short of giving up completely but found Bio-One for any odor removal as well as a bunch of other commonly needed services. I called Rene and asked for an estimate. He was understanding and reassuring that it would be behind me soon. He came by for a free estimate and minutes later we had a time and two wonderful technicians Taylor and Michael, who not only were supportive but also answered any and all questions I had in regards to the project and also on short notice were absolutely accommodating on removing some of the things out of my apartment I no longer wanted. I have to say 20/10 service wise and 110% on everything they did for me. The apartment not only smelled clean and fresh but looked so much more organized. I highly recommend Bio-One for their services as they gave me so much relief. They are definitely my go-to!
