They did a great job...!

We were moving my parents into an assisted living facility after they lived in their home for over 20 years. Rene and his team came in and helped us organize, clean, facilitate donations and handled all the trash. They understood the stress we were under and dealt with us professionally and compassionately. I highly recommend them!!!!

My girlfriend has had problems with depression and suicidal thoughts, unfortunately a couple days ago she attempted suicide by cutting her wrist, there was lots of blood and luckily i was there to stop the bleeding before she passed away. After she was taken to the hospital, the rest of my family called bio-one to clean up all of the blood while i stayed with her. When i arrived home there wasnt a spot of blood to be found, i greatly appreciate it because if me or her were to ever see the blood again it may re injure both of us. On top of that, the crew was very respectful and sensitive about the situation.

"Very thorough and respectful of belongings in home.The trailer I had was an absolute disaster, I had no idea how things got away from me so bad. I had two technicians come and help me clean out the trailer, I couldn't believe how many bags they pulled out! Some mice had made their way into the trailer as well but they worked on it regardless! After spraying a fog throughout the trailer and disinfecting it, it almost felt like I was getting a new trailer entirely! When they showed the before and after pictures to me it was night and day! Anytime the team was unsure of whether or not something needed to be rid of, they always asked instead of just getting rid of it. Incredibly non judgmental and incredibly kind team! Went above and beyond, and didn’t leave until the job was finished."

I used Bio One for a deep cleaning service on my new home. This company was extremely reliable & followed all covid safety precautions. Rene was one of the two people on the job. He was so professional and made sure everything went great. Holly was the second person on the job and she consistently made sure everything was so clean. We had to have an apartment deep cleaned and they did a wonderful job! They reorganized everything beautifully, and we were very happy with how responsive they were. We would use them again in a heartbeat!
