They did a great job on a bedroom a relative had left in horrendous condition in my grandmother's home. They were on time, polite, efficient, and worked really hard. They left no messes behind, and even helped me take out some extra stuff that was in the kitchen. They are an excellent team! Also they didn't mind my grandmother's dog and were very gracious!

I used Bio One for a deep cleaning service on my new home. This company was extremely reliable & followed all covid safety precautions. Rene was one of the two people on the job. He was so professional and made sure everything went great. Holly was the second person on the job and she consistently made sure everything was so clean. It felt like they were cleaning my home to their best ability, as If it was their own. I 100 percent recommend using Bio One Poway if you ever need any help.

We had to move and clean our parent's home recently to bring them into an assisted living. It was not just a huge undertaking, but a trying time for all of us as well. We had a sewer line break and spill within our underground garage in La Jolla. Bio-One was there within an hour and investigated the problem and the immediately sent a crew to handle the Bio-Clean up. Rene (the owner) was involved every step of the way well into the evening (10 pm on a Friday night). I have been in HOA management for closet to forty (40) years and never had such a great response from a vendor.
