We had to move and clean our parent's home recently to bring them into an assisted living. It was not just a huge undertaking, but a trying time for all of us as well. We had so much to sort, clean, move and haul away. Rene took such a huge weight off of us, not just with the service he provided, but with the care and concern he showed us doing it! Truly grateful!!

They did a great job on a bedroom a relative had left in horrendous condition in my grandmother's home. They were on time, polite, efficient, and worked really hard. They left no messes behind, and even helped me take out some extra stuff that was in the kitchen. They are an excellent team! Also they didn't mind my grandmother's dog and were very gracious!

We were moving my parents into an assisted living facility after they lived in their home for over 20 years. Rene and his team came in and helped us organize, clean, facilitate donations and handled all the trash. They understood the stress we were under and dealt with us professionally and compassionately. I have a cat that and she’s been spraying and peeing everywhere due to a long term UTI. I was seconds short of giving up completely but found Bio-One for any odor removal as well as a bunch of other commonly needed services. I called Rene and asked for an estimate. He was understanding and reassuring that it would be behind me soon. He came by for a free estimate and minutes later we had a time and two wonderful technicians Taylor and Michael, who not only were supportive but also answered any and all questions I had in regards to the project and also on short notice were absolutely accommodating on removing some of the things out of my apartment I no longer wanted. I have to say 20/10 service wise and 110% on everything they did for me. The apartment not only smelled clean and fresh but looked so much more organized. I highly recommend Bio-One for their services as they gave me so much relief. They are definitely my go-to!

So easy to work with, which during an incredibly difficult life event is a blessing. Rene was extremely responsive and helpful. The team did a fantastic job on my mother’s house and treated everything with dignity and respect. They even made her bed, which brought me to tears. Great company, highly recommend.
