So impressed with Rene and his team!! These types of cleanups are not always easy..Bio-One made the cleanup process seamless and they were flexible in working around our parameters. Can't say enough good things about Bio-One.. definitely will use them again. A+++ and two thumbs up!!

We moved our parents and there was a tremendous amount of trash and donations. They handled it all. In the move, there was allot of traffic and left the carpets a mess. They took care of all of it. The new owners were pleased. I will always use this company. #bio1ofpowayrocks

I have a cat that and she’s been spraying and peeing everywhere due to a long term UTI. I was seconds short of giving up completely but found Bio-One for any odor removal as well as a bunch of other commonly needed services. I called Rene and asked for an estimate. He was understanding and reassuring that it would be behind me soon. He came by for a free estimate and minutes later we had a time and two wonderful technicians Taylor and Michael, who not only were supportive but also answered any and all questions I had in regards to the project and also on short notice were absolutely accommodating on removing some of the things out of my apartment I no longer wanted. I have to say 20/10 service wise and 110% on everything they did for me. The apartment not only smelled clean and fresh but looked so much more organized. I highly recommend Bio-One for their services as they gave me so much relief. They are definitely my go-to!

"Very thorough and respectful of belongings in home.The trailer I had was an absolute disaster, I had no idea how things got away from me so bad. I had two technicians come and help me clean out the trailer, I couldn't believe how many bags they pulled out! Some mice had made their way into the trailer as well but they worked on it regardless! After spraying a fog throughout the trailer and disinfecting it, it almost felt like I was getting a new trailer entirely! When they showed the before and after pictures to me it was night and day! Anytime the team was unsure of whether or not something needed to be rid of, they always asked instead of just getting rid of it. Incredibly non judgmental and incredibly kind team! Went above and beyond, and didn’t leave until the job was finished."

They did a great job on a bedroom a relative had left in horrendous condition in my grandmother's home. They were on time, polite, efficient, and worked really hard. They left no messes behind, and even helped me take out some extra stuff that was in the kitchen. They are an excellent team! Also they didn't mind my grandmother's dog and were very gracious!

We had a sewer line break and spill within our underground garage in La Jolla. Bio-One was there within an hour and investigated the problem and the immediately sent a crew to handle the Bio-Clean up. Rene (the owner) was involved every step of the way well into the evening (10 pm on a Friday night). I have been in HOA management for closet to forty (40) years and never had such a great response from a vendor. I was under the pressure to get the clean-up done quickly and the great people at Bio-One came through. They will always be my go to company for any Bio clean-up job. Thanks Rene & crew!

My girlfriend has had problems with depression and suicidal thoughts, unfortunately a couple days ago she attempted suicide by cutting her wrist, there was lots of blood and luckily i was there to stop the bleeding before she passed away. After she was taken to the hospital, the rest of my family called bio-one to clean up all of the blood while i stayed with her. When i arrived home there wasnt a spot of blood to be found, i greatly appreciate it because if me or her were to ever see the blood again it may re injure both of us. On top of that, the crew was very respectful and sensitive about the situation.

Recently hired Bio-One to assist with the daunting task of deep cleaning of our family bar. Rene and his team were timely and professional. Not hesitating to jump into the thick of it they set off to work and uncovered areas within our establishment we had never thought could be hiding grime and dirt. Rene and his team used all natural solutions and not chemicals ones so there wasn’t the typical nauseating smell that leaves you with a head ache. Over all I could not be happier with the result as the bar looks and smells brand new. We’ll be using them for future clean ups !!
