"Very thorough and respectful of belongings in home.The trailer I had was an absolute disaster, I had no idea how things got away from me so bad. I had two technicians come and help me clean out the trailer, I couldn't believe how many bags they pulled out! Some mice had made their way into the trailer as well but they worked on it regardless! After spraying a fog throughout the trailer and disinfecting it, it almost felt like I was getting a new trailer entirely! When they showed the before and after pictures to me it was night and day! Anytime the team was unsure of whether or not something needed to be rid of, they always asked instead of just getting rid of it. Incredibly non judgmental and incredibly kind team! Renee hooked it up. Taylor was AMAZING! She was everything we were hoping for. She worked with my 7 year old whose only wish was for her to be fun. And she delivered. Was able to to navigate through years of busyness and all of my and my child’s emotions, staying compassionate about our situation. Taylor could survive anything. Poor thing was stuck in the autumn San Diego heat. And kept a calm attitude through it all. Grateful for their services and choosing the right people.

I used Bio One for a deep cleaning service on my new home. This company was extremely reliable & followed all covid safety precautions. Rene was one of the two people on the job. He was so professional and made sure everything went great. Holly was the second person on the job and she consistently made sure everything was so clean. I have a cat that and she’s been spraying and peeing everywhere due to a long term UTI. I was seconds short of giving up completely but found Bio-One for any odor removal as well as a bunch of other commonly needed services. I called Rene and asked for an estimate. He was understanding and reassuring that it would be behind me soon. He came by for a free estimate and minutes later we had a time and two wonderful technicians Taylor and Michael, who not only were supportive but also answered any and all questions I had in regards to the project and also on short notice were absolutely accommodating on removing some of the things out of my apartment I no longer wanted. I have to say 20/10 service wise and 110% on everything they did for me. The apartment not only smelled clean and fresh but looked so much more organized. I highly recommend Bio-One for their services as they gave me so much relief. They are definitely my go-to!
