"I can't say enough good things about this company! During my search for a mold inspector, I was given the name and phone number for Rene Flohr. My call was answered within minutes. Rene came to my home in Ocean Beach from Poway at 6:00 AM to assess the situation. He did not find any mold, just a little bit mildew in the shower drain and seam. He gave me instruction of how to clean the mildew. When I called Rene, I mentioned that I was under extreme time-pressure to have the job done. Hence his amazing effort to meet me at 6:00 am. We had a sewer line break and spill within our underground garage in La Jolla. Bio-One was there within an hour and investigated the problem and the immediately sent a crew to handle the Bio-Clean up. Rene (the owner) was involved every step of the way well into the evening (10 pm on a Friday night). I have been in HOA management for closet to forty (40) years and never had such a great response from a vendor. I was under the pressure to get the clean-up done quickly and the great people at Bio-One came through. They will always be my go to company for any Bio clean-up job. Thanks Rene & crew!

"Bio-One Poway cleaned my disabled sister's apartment from top to bottom while she was in the hospital. Her apartment hadn't been deep cleaned in over a year and all those funky cooking smells were embedded in the carpet, furniture upholstery and walls. We had to move and clean our parent's home recently to bring them into an assisted living. It was not just a huge undertaking, but a trying time for all of us as well. We had so much to sort, clean, move and haul away. Rene took such a huge weight off of us, not just with the service he provided, but with the care and concern he showed us doing it!
