We help people through life’s most challenging moments.
We handle every cleanup with dignity, respect, and care. Whether it's a biohazard, trauma, or hoarding cleanup, our job starts with care—and ends with peace of mind.
When you need someone you can trust, we’re here.
No matter who calls, we respond with care, respect, and expert support.
We work with:
Whether it’s a family in crisis or a public space in need, we show up with care, discretion, and expert cleanup. Every job is different, but our mission stays the same: to help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward.
Real Help. Real Response. From People Who Truly Care.
During difficult times, we’re here to help—quick, kind, and capable. We handle the cleanup so you can focus on what comes next. Here’s what you can count on from us:
We take it from there—restoring safety, calm, and comfort. When you call Bio-One, here’s what happens:
We're by your side from the first call to the final walkthrough.
The person running your local Bio-One isn’t just in the business—they’re part of your neighborhood. They know the area, understand what you’re going through, and care about making a real difference. Trained and certified, they lead a team that shows up 24/7 with compassion, discretion, and respect.
When you call, you’re not getting a stranger. You’re getting a neighbor who’s ready to help.
I’m a firefighter-paramedic. I’ve been in the fire service for almost 10 years. I chose Bio-One of Providence because I wanted to continue serving the community, showing up for people when they need it most, not just when they dial 911.
I was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island—raised right in the middle of it all. My brother graduated from Shea High. I still know those neighborhoods street by street. Helping here means something personal. This business lets me take that mission a step further.
We do more than clean. We help people rebuild their lives. If you're facing something overwhelming, we’ll be right there with you.
You won't be getting a call center. When you call Bio-One of Providence, you get me or Dave. Someone who cares and knows what to do.
We’ll ask a few questions—whatever you're comfortable answering—and develop a response plan tailored to your needs. We walk you through it, talk you through it, and take the ride with you.
If needed, we can coordinate with the police or fire department. We’ll arrive quickly—sometimes in as little as two hours—and we won't give you a cable company's typical window. You’ll get a real time, and we’ll be there.
From the first call through cleanup and insurance, we handle it so you don’t have to.
We only engage with the people who want to be involved with—and only to the point they’re comfortable with. Whether it’s a hoarding situation, odor removal, or a suicide cleanup, privacy is always a top concern.
We never post identifiable photos. There are no clients, no names, nothing recognizable in any of our documentation. Even if we need to show a before-and-after, you’d have a hard time recognizing the space, even if it were your own.
This work requires trust. It doesn’t do us any good if you don’t trust us. We protect that trust at every step.
One client I’ll never forget was a woman helping her mother after the home was condemned. It was three full floors—raccoons, rodents, trash, top to bottom.
We were there for a month and a half. Every day, she was with us—we did a daily race to make sure we didn't throw out anything that mattered.
By the end, we were like family. We’d finish the day, go out to dinner, and discuss what we'd found. She sent us Christmas cards for years. She told us we had to keep her recommendation letter forever.
That’s what this work can be—more than a job, it’s a connection—a turning point.
More than cleanup—it’s about community. We go beyond cleanup to support real people in real need. We’re not just here to clean. We’re here to care.
Bio-One works closely with first responders, local agencies, and community groups to help those facing crisis, loss, or trauma.
No matter how we grow, our mission stays the same: Always put people first, help with heart, and do the right thing.
Trained, certified, and ready for anything.
Every Bio-One technician is highly trained in biohazard cleanup. But it’s not just about skills—it’s about heart. We show up with:
We know how to handle challenging situations safely, quickly, and with total care for the people involved.
We treat every job—and every person—with care and respect. These aren’t just words—they’re how we work, every time.
At Bio-One, we don’t just clean. We listen. We show up with kindness, work with integrity, and protect your privacy every step of the way.
No judgment. No shortcuts. Just honest help when you need it most.
