We are here to earn your trust and ease you into the hoarding cleanup process.
We handle the toughest scenes with dignity and compassion.
We offer medical waste disposal and train others on its safe handling.
We help protect first responders with deep, professional cleaning.
We respond to calls and texts immediately—any time, day or night. Whether it’s 3 a.m. or a weekend, you’re going to get one of us, not a call center.
Call anytime to reach a local, trained expert who’s ready to help.
We're genuinely here to help. We don’t chase the highest bid or cut corners—we show up when others can’t, and do it right.
When people call, it’s because something serious has happened. We arrive promptly, listen attentively, and complete the entire job with respect, compassion, and professionalism.
Even if you don’t choose us, we’ll still do our best to help in any way we can. That’s the difference.
You’re not going through this alone. We’ll take the ride with you.
I was born in Pawtucket, went to elementary school there, and my brother graduated from Shea High. I became a firefighter-paramedic to serve, and Bio-One allows me to continue showing up for people when they need it most.
You won’t get a call center. You’ll get me, or Dave—someone who cares and knows what to do.
I’m a firefighter-paramedic. I’ve been in the fire service for almost 10 years. I chose Bio-One of Providence because I wanted to continue serving the community, showing up for people when they need it most, not just when they dial 911.
I was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island—raised right in the middle of it all. My brother graduated from Shea High. I still know those neighborhoods street by street. Helping here means something personal. This business lets me take that mission a step further.
We do more than clean. We help people rebuild their lives. If you're facing something overwhelming, we’ll be right there with you.
You won't be getting a call center. When you call Bio-One of Providence, you get me or Dave. Someone who cares and knows what to do.
We’ll ask a few questions—whatever you're comfortable answering—and develop a response plan tailored to your needs. We walk you through it, talk you through it, and take the ride with you.
If needed, we can coordinate with the police or fire department. We’ll arrive quickly—sometimes in as little as two hours—and we won't give you a cable company's typical window. You’ll get a real time, and we’ll be there.
From the first call through cleanup and insurance, we handle it so you don’t have to.
We only engage with the people who want to be involved with—and only to the point they’re comfortable with. Whether it’s a hoarding situation, odor removal, or a suicide cleanup, privacy is always a top concern.
We never post identifiable photos. There are no clients, no names, nothing recognizable in any of our documentation. Even if we need to show a before-and-after, you’d have a hard time recognizing the space, even if it were your own.
This work requires trust. It doesn’t do us any good if you don’t trust us. We protect that trust at every step.
One client I’ll never forget was a woman helping her mother after the home was condemned. It was three full floors—raccoons, rodents, trash, top to bottom.
We were there for a month and a half. Every day, she was with us—we did a daily race to make sure we didn't throw out anything that mattered.
By the end, we were like family. We’d finish the day, go out to dinner, and discuss what we'd found. She sent us Christmas cards for years. She told us we had to keep her recommendation letter forever.
That’s what this work can be—more than a job, it’s a connection—a turning point.
We hold a very high standard for respect, dignity, and integrity, right down to our newest recruits. Everyone on the team is trained well beyond industry minimums, and if you even blink the wrong direction toward a client, you're gone.
Calling us usually means something difficult just happened. That’s why we bring more than just training—we bring empathy, direct answers, and the kind of presence people need in that moment.
We’re respectful people, and we show up to work every day.
I was born in Pawtucket, grew up there, and I still know those neighborhoods street by street. That’s why we show up any time, day or night, to help our neighbors across
We know this isn’t just another appointment on your calendar. You won't get a call center—you’ll get me or Dave—someone who cares and knows how to help.
We’re here to help people pick up the pieces—whether it’s a family, a landlord, or a first responder.
