Rick and his crew came promptly and diagnosed the car's issue. A very musty smell created from a leaking sun roof. Rick went through the entire process of what they would do, including a long ozone treatment at the end. They came the next day, again on time and worked the car over. It is 100% better than before! Very friendly and thoughtful company. We would recommend them to anyone with clean up issues.

Unlike other businesses that I had called around to get quotes who wanted me to drive to their shops, Bio-One came to my home for mold remediation in my Nissan Versa. Driving my car with that amount of mold inside was a non-starter and seemed nonsensical to me. They came to my garage to inspect the car, knocked it out in 2 hours, and my car looked good as new!
