Just relieved that they were fast and especially courteous. This is what they do, let them to do. Some do flooding etc. I chose them when I learned that they work with police dept. Work completed within 24 hours, less than that and the owner answered the phone on a Sunday.

Exceptional service, professional staff, and great communication. I am a property manager and had a situation with a tenant that needed their help. Bio-One Inc Raleigh went out of their way to come “immediately” to my MIL’s home in January when she discovered my FIL in the bathroom, facedown and covered in blood. After the coroner left, they came and cleaned, sanitized and left the bathroom in like new condition. They offered to bill the home owners insurance policy directly and were so thoughtful and compassionate to mom. Days later, I received a call from Rick stating moms deductible was $1000 so he wasn’t going to open a claim with them - and then went on to say that her charges were settled. I explained we hadn’t provided a credit card number yet, and he said, “Mrs. Smith, there will be no charge to you or your family.” Not only did Bio-One do an amazing job, they showed care and compassion and then a significant amount of kindness and grace in a time mom needed it most. My family hired this team recently to clean a shut-in family member's house while they were in the hospital.
