Bio One is an all-around excellent company to work with for heavy clean-out and clean-up jobs. They responded very quickly to call for an estimate and immediately sent Mike to preview the property. It was easy to set a date for the job to be done. A team of efficient workers showed up and completed the job in one day. All work was done with very satisfactory result and for a very reasonable price.

Really excellent experience with Micah and the team at Bio One Raleigh. We had a really tricky mold issue with our Toyota Highlander, and had been absolutely stumped about how to resolve it. Bio One had us drop the car off at their Raleigh location for an in-depth remediation, and they were able to track down the root cause of the moisture that was leading to continual mold growth (a water leak from the windshield). I was really impressed at how personal the care was; throughout the whole process I got texts and picture updates, with phone calls to check in. I seriously thought the vehicle was a lost cause, and was very happy to be proven wrong!

Bio-One Inc Raleigh went out of their way to come “immediately” to my MIL’s home in January when she discovered my FIL in the bathroom, facedown and covered in blood. After the coroner left, they came and cleaned, sanitized and left the bathroom in like new condition. They offered to bill the home owners insurance policy directly and were so thoughtful and compassionate to mom. Days later, I received a call from Rick stating moms deductible was $1000 so he wasn’t going to open a claim with them - and then went on to say that her charges were settled. I explained we hadn’t provided a credit card number yet, and he said, “Mrs. Smith, there will be no charge to you or your family.” Not only did Bio-One do an amazing job, they showed care and compassion and then a significant amount of kindness and grace in a time mom needed it most. Fast and friendly

Unlike other businesses that I had called around to get quotes who wanted me to drive to their shops, Bio-One came to my home for mold remediation in my Nissan Versa. Driving my car with that amount of mold inside was a non-starter and seemed nonsensical to me. They came to my garage to inspect the car, knocked it out in 2 hours, and my car looked good as new! They were very responsive to my needs/timeline and gave me a straightforward quote I could work with. I’d definitely recommend Bio-One and would use them again.
