Rick and his crew came promptly and diagnosed the car's issue. A very musty smell created from a leaking sun roof. Rick went through the entire process of what they would do, including a long ozone treatment at the end. They came the next day, again on time and worked the car over. It is 100% better than before! Very friendly and thoughtful company. We would recommend them to anyone with clean up issues.

I found the Bio-one procedures were thoroughly and professionally done, they begun per scheduled and I was able to be at the house until my ride to the motel where I stayed for only 1 night which was a ""true"" blessing and my roof was being replaced, so I was escorted to my transportation by Mike W. The experience was so great, I gave them a TIP for their kindnesses. I referred them to my church deaconess who came by before Mike finished and who will pass the information to the head Deacon at Immanuel Temple Seventh-day Adventist church in Durham NC..
