Edit to the review. After the guys left from the mold clean up as I was looking my vehicle over I noticed some spots that looked questionable. It was very faint so I assumed it was an easy miss. Gave the company a call and left a message. Got an immediate call back from Morgan. He got the details and contacted the crew that had just left. They went ahead and came back straight away and addressed the concerns I had and more. They went above and beyond on the follow up which is greatly appreciated. Great guys. Fast and reliable. Rick the owner showed up for an estimate 2 hours after I contacted him. Very impressive response time. Unlike other businesses that I had called around to get quotes who wanted me to drive to their shops, Bio-One came to my home for mold remediation in my Nissan Versa. Driving my car with that amount of mold inside was a non-starter and seemed nonsensical to me. They came to my garage to inspect the car, knocked it out in 2 hours, and my car looked good as new! They were very responsive to my needs/timeline and gave me a straightforward quote I could work with. I’d definitely recommend Bio-One and would use them again.
