Rick responded promptly to my request on Angie's List for a pro to remove mold from my bathroom ceiling. He and his crew were very professional (even putting booties over their shoes)when coming in the house. They did an excellent job and explained everything they did. My family hired this team recently to clean a shut-in family member's house while they were in the hospital. Just relieved that they were fast and especially courteous. This is what they do, let them to do. Some do flooding etc. I chose them when I learned that they work with police dept. Work completed within 24 hours, less than that and the owner answered the phone on a Sunday.

Unlike other businesses that I had called around to get quotes who wanted me to drive to their shops, Bio-One came to my home for mold remediation in my Nissan Versa. Driving my car with that amount of mold inside was a non-starter and seemed nonsensical to me. They came to my garage to inspect the car, knocked it out in 2 hours, and my car looked good as new! They were very responsive to my needs/timeline and gave me a straightforward quote I could work with. I’d definitely recommend Bio-One and would use them again.
