We live here. This is our community. Born and raised in North Carolina, we care deeply about our neighbors.
We’re not just showing up for a job—we’re showing up for neighbors. Every call is personal. We lead with empathy, stay discreet, and make sure it’s done right. You’re getting help from someone who’s walked this road before.
Everything I’ve done as an entrepreneur has been mission-driven—I really like helping people. My brother and I were drawn to Bio-One because it’s one of the few businesses where you can lead with compassion and make a difference in people’s lives every day.
We’ve both seen how people can fall through the cracks, especially those struggling with mental health or caring for aging loved ones. That’s what motivated us to take on this work. We’ve had seniors in our own family who didn’t receive the support they needed, and that experience has stayed with us.
Bio-One lets us step into those moments and help shoulder the burden. We're not just there to clean—we're there to support people and walk them through the next steps. Every call is different, and every situation deserves respect. We’re proud to be part of a business that puts people first.
First, you’ll speak with a live representative, not a call center. I personally handle most calls, and when I’m unavailable, someone on my team who is trained will. We start by listening—we’re going to ask the right questions and really understand what’s going on.
If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule a free estimate, and I’ll meet you in person to walk you through the situation. From there, we develop a clear work plan and provide you with everything in writing. We keep you informed at every step so you’re never wondering what’s happening.
If insurance is involved, we help with that, too. We’ll file the claim on behalf of the client if they want us to. From the first call to the final walk-through, it’s about trust, follow-through, and ensuring you feel supported throughout the entire process.
Discretion is extremely important. The situations we walk into are often emotional, personal, or sensitive, so everything we do is built to protect your privacy. None of our vehicles is marked. That’s on purpose.
Even when we hire dumpster companies to help with a job, I request that they refrain from bringing anything flashy or branded. Our staff never discusses your situation with anyone outside your home, and we don’t post about your job on social media. We don’t share your story—we’re just here to help you through it.
If there are neighbors around, we don’t answer their questions. We’re not there to explain. We’re there to support the client. Your situation stays private, always. That’s not just our policy—it’s our promise.
One story that’s always stayed with me is about a woman named Ann Marie. Her husband had dementia, and she didn’t have any family support. She hadn’t let anyone into her home in years, and she was overwhelmed.
We were hired to declutter and clean the home so a caregiver could move in, but it became so much more than that. We worked side by side with her, found important legal documents she thought were lost, and helped her restore dignity to a space that had become unsafe.
She’s my parents’ age, and I still check in on her. It reminded me why I do this. Not every job is like that, but they all matter. Whether we’re helping a grieving family, a property manager, or a public agency, the care is the same.
We hire specifically for compassion and experience—because that’s what people need most in moments like this.
My team includes a retired police officer and others who have personally experienced what our clients are going through. That means when you call Bio-One of Raleigh, you’re talking to people who get it—and who show up ready to help without judgment.
You can trust us to solve the problem and walk you through every step.
This is our home. We care deeply about the people here. We love this community—the people, the families, the culture. We’re here 24/7 because when something challenging happens, neighbors show up.
We offer more than cleaning services. We lead with compassion. We’re trained, we’re experienced, and we’re here to help—not to judge.
We’ve helped everyone—from grieving families to city departments who need discretion and support.” It’s personal for us, and we show up 24/7 with care, respect, and purpose.
