Working with Terry and his team has been a very positive experience within my crazy world of remodeling and updating our empty rental. The house is located near a friendly hobby farm with lots of animal food up for grabs, and the crawl space under the house had become a haven for packrats and other critters, but Terry’s team kept me updated on each step of the process and even found an entry hole the critters were using that a pest control tech couldn’t find.
