This company is Qualified, Thorough, and Professional! But what really sold us was their humility and compassion to our situation. We needed a cleanup company during a tragedy and there was no way of getting around it! We consulted with a few companies and Bio-One Richmond was our choice! They talked us through the cleanup process, were sensitive to our needs and alleviated stress. Unfortunately companies take advantage of people in such circumstances- all about the bottom line and no concern for people. Bio-One Richmond was AMAZING! Two weeks ago a family friend fell upstairs and died from a head wound. It was a bit of a horrific situation. Marc and Chase came over immediately (even on a Saturday night) to remove the hazardous stuff and remove the floor. They guided me through the process and also worked with us on a very fair price. Marc goes above and beyond in his assessment of your needs, even if you end up not needing his company. Between a phone consultation and on-site visit, he spent at least two hours examining our previous house for rodent activity. He thoroughly examined every room, including climbing around our attic and through the crawlspace, taking detailed photos/notes to explain his findings. I felt more than comfortable with the results after discussing everything with Marc, and truly appreciate the time he spent on someone who wasn't even a paying customer.

At the worst time of my families life, this company made what was anticipated to be the worst thing in the world to do the easiest part of this tragedy. From contacting the company and speaking with Mark to his team everything was handled professionally, with empathy, and respectfully. Chase and Chloe's response at the house was liken to having your friends come help you deal with a terrible situation. They made me feel supported, they were informative and made what I feared to be the worst part of dealing with a suicide the easiest so far. I highly recommend this company that helps you deal with the cleanup as well as other things you just don't know about when someone dies in this manner. I rarely do reviews because it's not often I feel so passionate about something a business has done. This company exceeded my expectations and truly does what no one else ever wants to do. I'm beyond grateful for the as individuals and a company!
