I see why Mark has a 5 star rating. I had the pleasure of speaking to him over the phone. I have not used services as of yet as we are not s... ure of the course of action yet on my part. Mark spent a total of 32 minutes with me on the phone listening to my special situation, called a competitor of his thinking he may be better suited for the job, called me back to follow up for 15 more minutes. With the situation I have many people write others off as crazy or made up in your head, especially doctors, yes doctors of all people. Mark listened and offered suggestions and knew of one former client of his in the same situation. He cares about people in general and has empathy and compassion. In the even that I do need this type of service I will certainly use him and write another review but I felt just this interaction with him speaks volumes. This company is Qualified, Thorough, and Professional! But what really sold us was their humility and compassion to our situation. We need... ed a cleanup company during a tragedy and there was no way of getting around it! We consulted with a few companies and Bio-One Richmond was our choice! They talked us through the cleanup process, were sensitive to our needs and alleviated stress. I reached out to BioOne because I had raccoons in my attic space and needed to determine what type of cleaning needed to take place after I ... evicted them. The owner at BioOne Marc was extremely helpful and flexible working with my schedule. He came by to inspect my attic and literally boosted himself into the attic space through my small access door in the ceiling. He crawled his way through the attic across the joists and was able to locate some raccoon feces but it wasn’t much since the raccoons were only up there for maybe a week. He took thorough pictures and removed the feces right on the spot and didn’t recommend that I needed further cleaning service based on his examination. I had a lot of rodent waste in my attic and knee walls under dormers. I called Bio One Richmond and Marc and Chase came to do the inspection... and estimate. They both have a great personality and we’re very professional. Chase headed up the work and did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with his easy going personality and his work ethic. He had to remove lots of waste and insulation, spray, paint, reinstall insulation and plug gaps in the eaves in an extremely hot attic. He never once complained. His work was very neat and he cleaned up behind himself. I didn’t have to do a thing! And, on his way out he removed a fallen tree that was on my gate.
