Many many many thanks to Mark and his wonderful team of professionals who took care of my father‘s home after his passing. The entire job was completed in five days and was conducted with the utmost dignity and respect. The home had a lot of stuff to clean out and sort through; and Mark and his team did an absolutely wonderful job going through each box, every drawer and every cabinet in order to see what should be kept and what could be thrown away. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the home, but I personally was able to help one of his workers with a solar system that we had installed and he was able to remove it safely and use it for his own. Amazing to work with. I discovered a terrible hoarding situation with a family member. I discovered Bio-One and gave them a call. Marc was wonderful to work with. We met at the home and he took several hundred photos. Marc came out and we met for an hour and half. He reviewed everything with us in complete detail. I had met with another company which consisted of a walk thru by the foreman and a 3-4 line estimate from the owner. Although considerably lower I opted for Bio -One. Best decision I have made in a long time. His project Chase was extremely caring and professional. He even caught a terrified kitty I couldn't get near. Kitty was my family member's biggest concern. She is being boarded and content.. These folks genuinely care about their clients. I could not have asked for better service than we received. Thanks Bio-One for getting us through this terrible situation........

I reached out to BioOne because I had raccoons in my attic space and needed to determine what type of cleaning needed to take place after I evicted them. The owner at BioOne Marc was extremely helpful and flexible working with my schedule. He came by to inspect my attic and literally boosted himself into the attic space through my small access door in the ceiling. He crawled his way through the attic across the joists and was able to locate some raccoon feces but it wasn’t much since the raccoons were only up there for maybe a week. He took thorough pictures and removed the feces right on the spot and didn’t recommend that I needed further cleaning service based on his examination. I was extremely impressed with Marc’s friendliness and willingness to go into the attic where other companies were not willing to. I highly recommend Marc and his services!

I have nothing but great things to say about Marc and his team. We were in a very tight spot with time and finding someone to clean a hoarding space. Marc made sure he was able to fit us into his tight schedule and complete the job in a timely manner. He and his team were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process.
