Many many many thanks to Mark and his wonderful team of professionals who took care of my father‘s home after his passing. The entire job was completed in five days and was conducted with the utmost dignity and respect. The home had a lot of stuff to clean out and sort through; and Mark and his team did an absolutely wonderful job going through each box, every drawer and every cabinet in order to see what should be kept and what could be thrown away. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the home, but I personally was able to help one of his workers with a solar system that we had installed and he was able to remove it safely and use it for his own. Thank you Mark for the amazing job that you and your team did!

I reached out to BioOne because I had raccoons in my attic space and needed to determine what type of cleaning needed to take place after I evicted them. The owner at BioOne Marc was extremely helpful and flexible working with my schedule. He came by to inspect my attic and literally boosted himself into the attic space through my small access door in the ceiling. He crawled his way through the attic across the joists and was able to locate some raccoon feces but it wasn’t much since the raccoons were only up there for maybe a week. He took thorough pictures and removed the feces right on the spot and didn’t recommend that I needed further cleaning service based on his examination. I was extremely impressed with Marc’s friendliness and willingness to go into the attic where other companies were not willing to. I highly recommend Marc and his services!

Marc was great with communication and very understanding about the needs in the house. His team were meticulous, and respectful which removed a lot of stress from the process.

From my first contact with Marc everything was done professionally and compassionately. The crew of Chase, Cole, Chris, Sidney and Chloe went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was willing to make changes as we went along out of compassion and understanding for my sister-in-laws. They even went so far as to try and capture the cat that had gotten into the crawl space under the house. After being with us for 2 weeks we all became friends. They handled the valuables and collectibles with the utmost care. I will have them back this summer for a finally clean out. Two weeks ago a family friend fell upstairs and died from a head wound. It was a bit of a horrific situation. Marc and Chase came over immediately (even on a Saturday night) to remove the hazardous stuff and remove the floor. They guided me through the process and also worked with us on a very fair price. They are fantastic and I recommend them very much

After our initial consultation, where he paid close attention to detail and took numerous photographs, he wrote up a comprehensive and thorough report to guide every step and help us achieve the desired results. At the worst time of my families life, this company made what was anticipated to be the worst thing in the world to do the easiest part of this tragedy. From contacting the company and speaking with Mark to his team everything was handled professionally, with empathy, and respectfully. Chase and Chloe's response at the house was liken to having your friends come help you deal with a terrible situation. They made me feel supported, they were informative and made what I feared to be the worst part of dealing with a suicide the easiest so far. I highly recommend this company that helps you deal with the cleanup as well as other things you just don't know about when someone dies in this manner. I rarely do reviews because it's not often I feel so passionate about something a business has done. This company exceeded my expectations and truly does what no one else ever wants to do. I'm beyond grateful for the as individuals and a company!

While I haven't used Bio-One, I've known Marc for over 30 years. He is very customer-focused, tries to do the right thing, and is intelligent, compassionate, and hard-working. If you need these types of services, you should definitely consider Marc.

I see why Mark has a 5 star rating. I had the pleasure of speaking to him over the phone. I have not used services as of yet as we are not sure of the course of action yet on my part. Mark spent a total of 32 minutes with me on the phone listening to my special situation, called a competitor of his thinking he may be better suited for the job, called me back to follow up for 15 more minutes. With the situation I have many people write others off as crazy or made up in your head, especially doctors, yes doctors of all people. Mark listened and offered suggestions and knew of one former client of his in the same situation. He cares about people in general and has empathy and compassion. In the even that I do need this type of service I will certainly use him and write another review but I felt just this interaction with him speaks volumes. Thank you Mark for being a listening ear and a compassionate caring empathetic human. You didn’t write me off when all others have. I thank you sir!
