At the worst time of my families life, this company made what was anticipated to be the worst thing in the world to do the easiest part of this tragedy. From contacting the company and speaking with Mark to his team everything was handled professionally, with empathy, and respectfully. Chase and Chloe's response at the house was liken to having your friends come help you deal with a terrible situation. They made me feel supported, they were informative and made what I feared to be the worst part of dealing with a suicide the easiest so far. I highly recommend this company that helps you deal with the cleanup as well as other things you just don't know about when someone dies in this manner. I rarely do reviews because it's not often I feel so passionate about something a business has done. This company exceeded my expectations and truly does what no one else ever wants to do. I'm beyond grateful for the as individuals and a company!

Great company! Marc and Chase were prompt, caring and professional. I had a problem in my attic and knee walls under the dormers with a lot of rodent waste. I called and Marc and Chase came to inspect and give an estimate. Chase lead the work to be done. Chase and his crew knew exactly what needed to be done...insulation needed to be removed, getting up all the waste, spraying 2 different types of solutions and painting and installing new insulation. They even plugged openings found in the eaves. I was impressed with how this company operates and how Chase ensured everything was taken care of, including cleaning up afterwards. I didn’t have to do a thing! The attic was so darn hot but Chase didn’t complain. Chase was very polite and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. He sets a good example for his crew. He even removed a tree that fell over on my gate! Thanks so much for providing such professional work and for the extraordinary customer service! I am a very happy customer!

Many many many thanks to Mark and his wonderful team of professionals who took care of my father‘s home after his passing. The entire job was completed in five days and was conducted with the utmost dignity and respect. The home had a lot of stuff to clean out and sort through; and Mark and his team did an absolutely wonderful job going through each box, every drawer and every cabinet in order to see what should be kept and what could be thrown away. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the home, but I personally was able to help one of his workers with a solar system that we had installed and he was able to remove it safely and use it for his own. Thank you Mark for the amazing job that you and your team did!

I had a lot of rodent waste in my attic and knee walls under dormers. I called Bio One Richmond and Marc and Chase came to do the inspection and estimate. They both have a great personality and we’re very professional. Chase headed up the work and did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with his easy going personality and his work ethic. He had to remove lots of waste and insulation, spray, paint, reinstall insulation and plug gaps in the eaves in an extremely hot attic. He never once complained. His work was very neat and he cleaned up behind himself. I didn’t have to do a thing! And, on his way out he removed a fallen tree that was on my gate. He is the supervisor and sets a great example for his employees. I am so appreciative of a job well done! I highly recommend this company! I am a very happy customer!

Two weeks ago a family friend fell upstairs and died from a head wound. It was a bit of a horrific situation. Marc and Chase came over immediately (even on a Saturday night) to remove the hazardous stuff and remove the floor. They guided me through the process and also worked with us on a very fair price. They are fantastic and I recommend them very much
