Great communication and thorough work, including identifying and saving important documents and memorabilia. This process is difficult and they handled it with empathy and compassion.

Kevin was AMAZING to work with! Extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was able to get my job in quickly and was in and out in a day. He had Amanda helping him and they were both detail oriented and went above and beyond. Amanda even wiped down some shelving units in the basement for me. I had planned on doing this but never mentioned it to them. Great communication, great work, thoughtful people, and a joy to do business with. 10/10 would recommend.

Contacting BioOne was the best call I ever made in the midnight hour 🥹 Depression had me in a very dark place, and I know I needed help. I explained to Kevin I was struggling with cluttering and battling my arch nemesis the laundry. I was treated with such compassion, professionalism, and respect. While the tech was helping me sort through the decluttering process, every moment of progress was met with words of encouragement and positivity. At one point I broke down crying because I was finally in the present and I realized I had 6 months worth of laundry and I had no idea where to start. It’s one thing to have a company come in to service a client and leave them to continue the cycle of losing control. However, Kevin/ Bio One left me with a laundry sorting system so I can manage laundry to avoid falling back to the dark place I was. I plan on using them again in the future as I prepare for a future move.

Due to the wonderful reviews I called Kevin when we were in dire need after an unexpected tragedy. He was fast engaging and professional all at the same time! He was a bright spot during a horrible ordeal! He cleaned up beyond our expectations!
