Bio-One of Rochester is an amazing company. My in-laws had someone watching their home while they were in Florida for the winter. Unfortunately, that person never checked the house and they came home to an infestation of mice which had infiltrated every single room in the house and made it unlivable. My wife called Kevin and he came right out and surveyed the situation. He came up with a plan, worked with the exterminator and then got to work cleaning. They cleaned every inch of the house, including taking every book off the shelves, every piece of clothing, bedding and even cleaned every drawer in the home. We can not say enough about the work Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester did, he literally gave my in-laws their home back, and in amazing condition. And to top it off Kevin and his team were extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester, you will be thrilled with their services.

Kevin and Amanda did an incredible cleaning job for us. Our house had accumulated years of rodent damage primarily in two rooms. The two of them fully removed the drop ceiling tiles and hardware, disposed of all of the soiled insulation, and fully sanitized EVERYTHING in both rooms efficiently and professionally. Kevin was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish and I highly recommend calling him for any and all of your deep cleaning needs!

Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Kevin and Amanda literally saved us. Firstly, I called Kevin in a frenzy after 6 PM on a weekday because we discovered mouse and rat feces all over our belongings in our rental. He listened to our concerns and was very pleasant to speak to from the start. He came to provide us with an initial overview within a couple working days. He was very kind and thorough and his inspection of the space that needed help. He He provided the estimate very quickly and he gave us time that we needed to go over everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. We scheduled with him and he was able to come so quickly with his colleague. The work was done incredibly meticulously and they finished ahead of schedule. They were incredibly conscientious of our needs and time, and always notified us of everything going on every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. They helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful. We are almost sad that we are moving away from his region in case we ever needed him again because we would not hesitate to call Kevin if we needed future decontamination services.
