Contacting BioOne was the best call I ever made in the midnight hour 🥹 Depression had me in a very dark place, and I know I needed help. I explained to Kevin I was struggling with cluttering and battling my arch nemesis the laundry. I was treated with such compassion, professionalism, and respect. While the tech was helping me sort through the decluttering process, every moment of progress was met with words of encouragement and positivity. At one point I broke down crying because I was finally in the present and I realized I had 6 months worth of laundry and I had no idea where to start. It’s one thing to have a company come in to service a client and leave them to continue the cycle of losing control. However, Kevin/ Bio One left me with a laundry sorting system so I can manage laundry to avoid falling back to the dark place I was. I plan on using them again in the future as I prepare for a future move.

11/10 would recommend ! Kevin helped me find plumbing assistance even before he came over to clean up and sanitize my basement. He did a great job and he is genuinely interested in helping you out in a pinch. Thanks again !!!

Bio-One of Rochester is an amazing company. My in-laws had someone watching their home while they were in Florida for the winter. Unfortunately, that person never checked the house and they came home to an infestation of mice which had infiltrated every single room in the house and made it unlivable. My wife called Kevin and he came right out and surveyed the situation. He came up with a plan, worked with the exterminator and then got to work cleaning. They cleaned every inch of the house, including taking every book off the shelves, every piece of clothing, bedding and even cleaned every drawer in the home. We can not say enough about the work Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester did, he literally gave my in-laws their home back, and in amazing condition. And to top it off Kevin and his team were extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester, you will be thrilled with their services.

Kevin was very professional and did great work cleaning up my garage after a raccoon family took up residence in it. Work was completed in the time frame estimated during quote, and final price was the same as quoted. It was a very thoughtfully and thoroughly done job.
