Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Although I did not use this company, I will say that Keith exudes professionalism. He promptly returned my phone call. Made an appointment for an estimate. And then proceeded to communicate effectively that on he was unable to keep our appointment due to emergency responses, and offered to reschedule for the following week. Due to the prompt and continuous communication, I would recommend anyone give this company a call.

Attempting to write this, I’m overcome with emotion. Like many, my family met Kevin at a time of extreme sadness and loss. Kevin was a beacon of light during a very dark time. I am extremely grateful for not only the professional services he provided my family, but also for his kind, warm, and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t about a paycheck for Kevin, as he goes above and beyond for his clients. He was easy to reach 24/7, extremely communicative, transparent, efficient, and paramount to me- he led with empathy. He impressed us so much with the bio clean he competed, that we didn’t hesitate to hire him to clean out the remainder of my father’s estate after he passed. Kevin- thank you SO much from the bottom of our hearts! Words can’t express just how thankful we are for you!!!

Contacting BioOne was the best call I ever made in the midnight hour 🥹 Depression had me in a very dark place, and I know I needed help. I explained to Kevin I was struggling with cluttering and battling my arch nemesis the laundry. I was treated with such compassion, professionalism, and respect. While the tech was helping me sort through the decluttering process, every moment of progress was met with words of encouragement and positivity. At one point I broke down crying because I was finally in the present and I realized I had 6 months worth of laundry and I had no idea where to start. It’s one thing to have a company come in to service a client and leave them to continue the cycle of losing control. However, Kevin/ Bio One left me with a laundry sorting system so I can manage laundry to avoid falling back to the dark place I was. I plan on using them again in the future as I prepare for a future move.

Kevin was very professional and did great work cleaning up my garage after a raccoon family took up residence in it. Work was completed in the time frame estimated during quote, and final price was the same as quoted. It was a very thoughtfully and thoroughly done job. Would highly recommend for any bio-related cleaning needs.

Kevin and his team helped our family in a time of need. Business name says Rochester but they can come to Buffalo and surrounding areas! After my dad was rushed to the ER after losing a lot of blood, we had a big mess to clean up and furniture was not salvageable. Simultaneously, we were at the hospital caring for our loved one. Kevin and his team were able to provide an estimate same day and was available the next afternoon for the job. They removed damaged furniture, cleaned the floors and tiles, and were very kind. This took a huge weight off our shoulders. I hope we never have to use this service again but if we do, I will call Kevin.
