Hector of Bio-One Santa Clarita did a great job of hauling away household items that needed to be taken off a property that was closing escrow that week. He responded to a voice message within 5 min, he communicated well and notified me he was late due to traffic and took a photo of the jam. Hector followed through with what we agreed upon over the phone. First Time: Very professional. Next day service. Cleaned out filthy vacated apartment. Texted me photos of completed job. Second time: Again very professional. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage.Then they cleaned and sanitized the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant. Bio-one honored their bid even after some unexpected extras.

I have known Jamil Bazzy for 13+ years. He is one of the BEST people you would ever meet. He is very professional and reliable.
