Amazing service! I know that I can count on Bio-one any time. I recently found myself in need of their services to clean some rodent feces and urine in my office. I previously contacted another company who made me feel like there was no hope and I should be ashamed. Not with bio-one, from our first call Jamil heard the stress in my voice and reassured me I can count on him. He went out of his way to come to my office in Pasadena. He did a thorough walk-thru and diagnosed areas that needed to be tended to. Nothing extra, no drama, he was very professional, transparent, and extremely honest. Jamil was so wonderful. He came out and checked an area of our house that has a odor that might be animal pee. He said he could fog the area but first put some enzyme spray on the area and so far it had smelled great. We haven’t had to fog the area yet. He did this all for free. I would use him again in a minute. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Bio-One did a phenomenal job in deep cleaning her house and eliminating the contamination which was layered on and was absolutely everywhere. I am very impressed with the professionals from Bio-One. Not only were they professional, timely and reliable but they went the extra mile! They showed sympathy for her situation and really worked with us on reducing the total cost. They gave us a dicounted price from the very beginning. They also threw in some extra services for a discounted price as well as doing some extra cleaning that we had not even asked for.. free of cost! Hector of Bio-One Santa Clarita did a great job of hauling away household items that needed to be taken off a property that was closing escrow that week.
