Amazing service! I know that I can count on Bio-one any time. I recently found myself in need of their services to clean some rodent feces and urine in my office. I previously contacted another company who made me feel like there was no hope and I should be ashamed. Not with bio-one, from our first call Jamil heard the stress in my voice and reassured me I can count on him. He went out of his way to come to my office in Pasadena. He did a thorough walk-thru and diagnosed areas that needed to be tended to. Nothing extra, no drama, he was very professional, transparent, and extremely honest. You don't come across many people in this world (post COVID) who will go out of their way to help a perfect stranger in their time of need but Jamil and Bio-one will. First Time: Very professional. Next day service. Cleaned out filthy vacated apartment. Texted me photos of completed job. Second time: Again very professional. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage.Then they cleaned and sanitized the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant. Bio-one honored their bid even after some unexpected extras.
