Amazing service! I know that I can count on Bio-one any time. I recently found myself in need of their services to clean some rodent feces and urine in my office. I previously contacted another company who made me feel like there was no hope and I should be ashamed. Hector of Bio-One Santa Clarita did a great job of hauling away household items that needed to be taken off a property that was closing escrow that week. He responded to a voice message within 5 min, he communicated well and notified me he was late due to traffic and took a photo of the jam. Jamil was amazing. I had residuals cat urine smell from the tenant that lived there before. It was awful. I called them and explained the situation And he was very clear on what he could do about it which was a big relief. He came the 2 days later after the floors were removed and replaced to do his magic and it worked amazingly. He made the apartment look and smell like no one ever lived there before.
