In what was a very stressful and unenviable situation, Jamil and Dane came to help my family recover a crime scene. Obviously nobody in my family had ever dealt with these circumstances but Jamil was extremely professional, compassionate, and informative from the very first phone call he took of mine. He answered the multitude of questions I had and his kind demeanor throughout the process made this part of the traumatic situation much easier to navigate. He brought Dane to the job for the assessment and ultimately Dane was the technician who worked on our case with Jamil. Dane was also extremely professional and compassionate and took the task of doing some extra inspection into some other areas that we had not previously discussed in my original discussion with Jamil.
