Hector of Bio-One Santa Clarita did a great job of hauling away household items that needed to be taken off a property that was closing escrow that week. He responded to a voice message within 5 min, he communicated well and notified me he was late due to traffic and took a photo of the jam. Hector followed through with what we agreed upon over the phone. Jamil was amazing. I had residuals cat urine smell from the tenant that lived there before. It was awful. I called them and explained the situation And he was very clear on what he could do about it which was a big relief. He came the 2 days later after the floors were removed and replaced to do his magic and it worked amazingly. He made the apartment look and smell like no one ever lived there before. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage.Then they cleaned and sanitized the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant.
