First Time: Very professional. Next day service. Cleaned out filthy vacated apartment. Texted me photos of completed job. Second time: Again very professional. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage.Then they cleaned and sanitized the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant. Bio-one honored their bid even after some unexpected extras.
