Richard and his crew did a remarkable job on our flooded kitchen, living room. drywall and mold, Insulation removal, carpet and tile. They do it all. Diana and I can't thank this team enough for everything they have done for us. They were there almost immediately after being called and didn't quit until they were done. Richard and his team, Frank, Sav, Ariel, Cayden, and Danny are truly wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone that might need their services.

Upon calling bio-one I was greeted by a women named karizma. I was taken away by the professionalism the receptionist had, I believe she told me she had just started with the company a couple of weeks now but I can already tell it will be a pleasure talking with her if ever needed again! Thank you for helping out! When the crew arrived there was 3 people tackling this big project. One of these boys and I believe his name was Cayden, stood out to me because he seemed well trained with how knowledgeable and professional he well. He put so much care and respect into his work you couldn’t tell that anything took place. I’ll be sure to request for him if ever there is a next time that needs to be handled just RIGHT .

Completed the work in a timely fashion. We’re very quiet while they worked so we hardly knew they were in the house. Great to have that room cleaned out.

We needed to get a home cleaned after a lot of blood was spilled because of an in-home accident. This company came recommended by the local county sheriff’s department, they use them when it’s needed on their end. The customer service was personal, very kind and so helpful. They helped us deal with the insurance company (which we didn’t even know we could approach for reimbursement), got someone there right away and took off our shoulders what was (for us) an incredibly upsetting and foreign experience. And all of this while we were thousands of miles away trying to deal with our injured parent’s stay in the hospital during a severe Covid outbreak. We highly recommend this company.

Shane and the Bio-one team were professional and honored and were honest about their prices. They took care the rodent issue in my home attic and worked until they resolved the issue. I would recommend this company for any home attic sanitation issues.

Absolutely amazing, fabulous, out of this world good. Both Cayden and Frank were outstanding in doing their jobs and helping us same day. Cayden did an amazing job cleaning up and Frank couldn’t have been more helpful over the phone. 1000000% chose this company for these kinds of needs. 100% will use again if needed.

We had the unfortunate need of Bio-One SC’s services for a suicide cleanup. They were there within an hour of me calling and did a fantastic job! They were very kind, gracious, and considerate of our situation and made every attempt to make this as pleasant as could be in a situation such as this. The insurance claim took way longer than expected and Kris was very patient and did not pressure me at all for payment which was very much appreciated. When he says, Helping 1st, Business 2nd, he truly means it! I pray that me or my family never need his services again but, if we do I wouldn’t hesitate in the least to call him again and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a very good and compassionate man who will do his very best to make what he has to do in your home as easy for you and your family as he possibly can. Thanks for everything Kris.
