We needed to get a home cleaned after a lot of blood was spilled because of an in-home accident. This company came recommended by the local county sheriff’s department, they use them when it’s needed on their end. The customer service was personal, very kind and so helpful. They helped us deal with the insurance company (which we didn’t even know we could approach for reimbursement), got someone there right away and took off our shoulders what was (for us) an incredibly upsetting and foreign experience. And all of this while we were thousands of miles away trying to deal with our injured parent’s stay in the hospital during a severe Covid outbreak. We highly recommend this company.

I don’t know if I can say enough about these guys. I had a room in my home that had mold in it, due to me leaving a window open and needed the touch of a professional. Kris was fast at getting an estimate and all the information I needed to send to my insurance company. During house renovations, our house was unoccupied and, due to construction holes, roof rats found a new home. After eliminating the entry points and pests, we were faced with potentially bio-hazardous rat waste, and called Bio One. The Bio One team who came out were friendly, professional, quick, efficient, and thorough. Within a day, they provided an (surprisingly very reasonable) estimate, and a day after that our issues were resolve. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company and my assigned team.

We had the unfortunate need of Bio-One SC’s services for a suicide cleanup. They were there within an hour of me calling and did a fantastic job! Richard and his crew did a remarkable job on our flooded kitchen, living room. drywall and mold, Insulation removal, carpet and tile. They do it all.
