We had the unfortunate need of Bio-One SC’s services for a suicide cleanup. They were there within an hour of me calling and did a fantastic job! They were very kind, gracious, and considerate of our situation and made every attempt to make this as pleasant as could be in a situation such as this. The insurance claim took way longer than expected and Kris was very patient and did not pressure me at all for payment which was very much appreciated. When he says, Helping 1st, Business 2nd, he truly means it! During house renovations, our house was unoccupied and, due to construction holes, roof rats found a new home. After eliminating the entry points and pests, we were faced with potentially bio-hazardous rat waste, and called Bio One.
