During house renovations, our house was unoccupied and, due to construction holes, roof rats found a new home. After eliminating the entry points and pests, we were faced with potentially bio-hazardous rat waste, and called Bio One. The Bio One team who came out were friendly, professional, quick, efficient, and thorough. Within a day, they provided an (surprisingly very reasonable) estimate, and a day after that our issues were resolve. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company and my assigned team.

I don’t know if I can say enough about these guys. I had a room in my home that had mold in it, due to me leaving a window open and needed the touch of a professional. Fantastic service. Great price. They cleaned our house of cat urine stains and smells. the process was quick, easy, and extremely effective. They were very professional and explained the entire process. I highly recommend them if you have pet smells in your home. Carpet cleaning companies are just as expensive and your house will still smell. I wish I found this company months ago.
