My name is TJ Jefferson, and my career has been defined by service, leadership, and compassion in high-responsibility environments. I am a military combat veteran with multiple overseas deployments, followed by nearly three decades of service in local and federal public safety roles. After beginning my career in community policing and criminal investigations, I transitioned into federal service following September 11, serving in investigative and protective assignments across the country. My career culminated as an investigator and Task Force Officer with Homeland Security Investigations, where discretion, professionalism, and calm decision-making were essential.
Alongside my operational experience, I have served in critical incident peer support, recruitment and workforce development, and national professional advocacy. I also hold advanced graduate and doctoral degrees in clinical mental health counseling, addiction recovery, and law, which allow me to approach complex, emotionally charged situations with both technical expertise and genuine empathy. Bio-One has given me the opportunity to continue my lifelong commitment to helping others, and I am dedicated to delivering the compassionate, respectful, and professional care that clients deserve during some of life’s most difficult moments.
