We are truly grateful for the top notch service that Tim and his team provided for us in our time of need. Not only did he call us back right away, he squeezed time into his already busy schedule to take a look at the job and give full assessment with a fair and accurate quoted price. Once we agreed to move forward with the quoted service, it was scheduled and taken care of without any issues the next day. You are probably thinking at this point that this sounds pretty standard. Well let me assure you it was not by any means standard. At every interaction Tim, Bio-One, and his team went far above and beyond at each step. On top of that, the caring, compassion, and true field experience really shines through in all that they do. You can really tell that they are here to help you, truly care, view you as a customer yes, but more than that, as a human and not a number or just another job.
