I had the chance to work with Tim as a classmate, and I'm excited for this new venture of his! From my experience, he came prepared and ready to engage in every class, asked good questions/shared relevant insights, and is a diligent worker that delivers results. All great qualities that I'd want to see in this line of work.

My grandma and I recently hired Bio-One to help us clear out some rooms we were overwhelmed by. This is something we've put off for a while out of embarrassment but making the choice to reach out and get help from Bio-One and the people who work there was worth letting others see our embarrassment. Jillian, Ian and Tim were all absolutely wonderful to work with and were all incredibly understanding and kind throughout a very emotional process. The help they've given us has been genuinely life changing, words cannot express how grateful we are and how amazing everyone was through the whole process.

Not only did he call us back right away, he squeezed time into his already busy schedule to take a look at the job and give full assessment with a fair and accurate quoted price. Once we agreed to move forward with the quoted service, it was scheduled and taken care of without any issues the next day. You are probably thinking at this point that this sounds pretty standard. Well let me assure you it was not by any means standard. At every interaction Tim, Bio-One, and his team went far above and beyond at each step. On top of that, the caring, compassion, and true field experience really shines through in all that they do. You can really tell that they are here to help you, truly care, view you as a customer yes, but more than that, as a human and not a number or just another job. Honestly I could go on and on but I think you get the point.
