It took me years to get the courage to call someone for help. After my young son passed away I became depressed and my home became a time capsule. I could not get rid of anything because there was a memory attached to everything. I became a hoarder. When I finally took that first step, I spoke with Amanda. She was very kind and reassuring. But my anxiety kicked in and I didn't call them back to schedule anything. Almost a year later I reached out again, Amanda did not question or judge me for not calling her back. She was patient and understanding. The big day came... Hali and her team (Antonio, Corey, and Jenna) were awesome!! Hali made me feel comfortable from the moment she walked in. She was so respectful and made the whole experience bearable. A few times I started to get overwhelmed, but Hali was compassionate and patient. The whole team were very professional and personable. They also went above and beyond, hanging paintings and mirrors. And thanks to Corey my toilet finally flushes properly.
