Berenice Pond
Owner
My name is Berenice Pond, and I am the proud owner of Bio-One Tarrant. I have always been passionate about serving others and making a meaningful impact in times of need. Born and raised on my family ranch in South Texas, I learned the values of hard work, integrity, and community from an early age. For the past 20 years, I’ve called the Fort Worth area home, where my family and I have built lasting roots.
My professional journey spans decades of public service as a Federal Employee, beginning with the U.S. Small Business Administration, then the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and most recently, the Federal Aviation Administration. These roles have strengthened my dedication to helping others and prepared me to lead with compassion, professionalism, and discretion.
I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University and went on to receive my Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Thomas Edison State University. Outside of work, I am deeply involved in my church and volunteer in prison ministry outreach programs. These efforts reflect my commitment to giving back and supporting those in difficult circumstances.
At Bio-One Tarrant, we understand the importance of trust and care in the work we do. It’s an honor to serve our community and walk alongside individuals and families during their most challenging times. I am grateful to be part of the Bio-One family and to offer a service that brings comfort, hope, and resolution to those who need it most.
I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. Thank you Matt Gregg, and thank you Bio-One.

Patricia handled the cleanup of my house with efficiency, transparency and sensitivity. She was very understanding of the financial situation I was in prior to payment, and went out of her way to make sure I didn't feel pressured to pay when I didn't yet have the funds. She did a wonderful job on the house, and I would recommend her services to anyone who would need them.

Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. If you are in DC area, especially if you need to schedule something quickly, Bio-One is recommended.

Tony and the Bio-One of DC team are simply the best. Shoutout to Jermaine, DeAndre, and company. Under duress, I contacted Tony in the morning and he got my job scheduled for that very afternoon! Over the winter, the basement of the property was overrun with rodents. I had no idea who to call but after some googling, discovered Bio-One's stellar reviews. I thought they might be fake reviews but I still reached out; rest assured, the reviews are not fake! This is a truly 5 star operation. Thanks again!
