Bio-One's service is FANTASTIC and we highly recommend them! Prices are fair, work quality is first-class, communications are excellent and the results are totally perfect. We had a situation where our long-term tenants neglected to clean-up pet urine, left the house in disarray and had left food out which attracted rodents. The house was basically a disgusting mess with substantial clutter. Since we were not able to inspect it or perform the work ourselves, Bio-One provided ""before"" photos and kept us informed throughout the clean-up process involving us in decisions as to what could stay and what should be discarded. The clean-up team worked fast and the cleaning was professional and thorough. The enthusiastic cleaners were exceptionally courteous and pleasant to communicate with. The ""after"" photos showed us the final results which are totally what we wanted.

BioOne has helped so much in a condo where tenants used the entire condo as their cat litter box. His team spent 3 days cleaning it and there has been odor coming up afterwards and Jason has been super helpful in always coming back to see what the problem is and has been very helpful in getting the condo back to a liveable condition.
