I can’t say enough about this team. They are fast, efficient , kind and extremely professional. My sister and I were not able to enter the home of a deceased family member due to a biohazard. Jason and his team cleaned and unloaded the entire apartment, bringing out boxes for us to go through and gather possessions while discard others upon our approval. His team took care of disposal and loading of all items. Jason’s slogan says it all “help first and business second”. He is truly there to help families and do everything in his power to lessen a very difficult situation. Great workers! Friendly and always have Your best interest at heart. I was very reluctant to reach out to a company for help but i’m so glad i did. They removed all trash from a three bedroom apartment and cleaned out a fridge that had been sitting with expired food for a couple of months in a matter of hours, and still stayed within my budget. They made recommendations on how to further clean while still being safe, not to mention they also took care of all the spiders which for me was the biggest problem. Im very pleased with how they left the apartment and would 100% recommend them to others.

Thank you to Jason and Team for coming out to help save the day! They took care of all the feces, urine, spiderwebs, damaged furniture, and much more! House was inhabitable, and client was not able to come home until it was cleaned! still needs another day of cleaning, but they did best they could to stay within clients budget! thank so much for being so flexible and helpful!

I just finished using this service. I'm grateful to have found Bio One of Temecula. I needed help badly. I was in the hospital with acute respiratory failure. I just could not go back to my house in it's current condition. The Bio One folks were kind, non judgmental and did a fantastic job. I'm on the mend now and have a home that I can live in again. Jason and his team are nothing but professional and honest! I just bought a house in December and found out that dogs had destroyed one of the rooms and our garage with puppy urine and feces. Jason not only sanitized treated the room and garage (as if nothing happend), he throughly taught me how the products he was using worked and showed me tips I can use on my own. YOU DO NOT GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE ANYWHERE!
