From my project's intake to its completion, Mark was prompt, professional and thorough. He contacted me right away after I left an inquiry through his website, assessed the job in a timely manner, gave me a very reasonable price and then tackled it with skill. It's never a pleasant thing to need this type of service, but Mark made it so much easier with a unique combination of compassion and focus.

Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! If you or your loved one need a filthy hoarder house cleaned out, then I highly recommend Bio-One of Trenton. Mark and his crew handled the junk removal delicately and respectfully. They carefully recovered valuables, personal items of sentimental value, family photos, diplomas, and such. They attacked some of the dirtiest areas and left them spotless. What impressed me most, though, was their compassion. Each member of the team made it clear that they recognize the difficulties their customers face during a physically and emotionally demanding ordeal. They were able to walk me through the process and made me feel like I had support during the clean out.
