Good company they made things a little easier in a hard time

It was a pleasure to have Mark and his crew clear out my basement, attic, and do some work on the bathroom. A very professional, considerate, and honest businessman. Very easy to work with; highly recommend!

They were tremendous helping clean my parents hoarder home. Mark, Charity, Randall and Rick worked their butts off and were very professional and compassionate. They even ordered the dumpsters for us. Fantastic experience with them, could not recommend them enough!

Mark and the Bio-One team were truly phenomenal to work with. Our reason for working together was one of tragedy and he showed the upmost respect and consideration. Mark was extremely responsive and willing to communicate by text which made the process seamless. I actually reside in CA and worked with Mark on behalf of a friend. He did everything he could to maintain communication with me and minimize any burden to my friend who was grieving. I highly recommend Mark and the Bio-One team for aftermath services. All in all, great communication, tremendous customer service and very fair pricing.

Thank you Bio One for quick and professional service. I had just moved into the town with my two sons, Michael and Sam. We were staying with my father till we got back on our feet. What we didn't know is that our world would be turned upside down. Apparently my Michael had gotten mixed up with some local boys who were lost on the path of life. After some late night partying with the "lost" boys, Michael was in over his head. While out one night with Max, a new male interest, these boys came over to start trouble. What ended up happening was nothing less than a scene out of night of the living dead. Vampires exploded everywhere leaving blood, guts, and body parts. BionOne Trenton to the rescue! Yah. The owner Mark was friendly and quick to assess the issue. They cleaned everything back to pre night stalker condition. I will mention that's Mark is a bit odd? strange? different? NO weird yes definitely weird!! Thank you again Bio One Trenton and now we know the biggest problem with this town... "Too many Damn Vampires"!

One of the hardest working group of individuals that I ever met. And their hard work is much different then most. They have to deal with properties that are disasters and downright disgusting. And carry and clean items some folks wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. They came up from Trenton everyday in the early mornings to clean my parents house in Essex County NJ and left late afternoon. Never arrived late and never left early until they accomplished that goal for that day. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed.

This could have gone very bad, had it not been for the concern and genuine care given to detail. Not to mention, an exuberance for the work that "NO ONE " wants to do! Yes, they get paid for it. No, no matter what you were paid, you probably wouldn't do it and secondly; you wouldn't do with the amount of care exhibited by BIO-ONE Trenton. A few before Nd after shots. The price was right and the effort and professionalism was top notch!!! LWH

If you or your loved one need a filthy hoarder house cleaned out, then I highly recommend Bio-One of Trenton. Mark and his crew handled the junk removal delicately and respectfully. They carefully recovered valuables, personal items of sentimental value, family photos, diplomas, and such. They attacked some of the dirtiest areas and left them spotless. What impressed me most, though, was their compassion. Each member of the team made it clear that they recognize the difficulties their customers face during a physically and emotionally demanding ordeal. They were able to walk me through the process and made me feel like I had support during the clean out. I hope to never require their services again, but would most definitely contact BioOne of Trenton if I did. Thanks, all.

We had a hoarding situation and Mark and his crew were amazing! They were respectful of the resident, completely nonjudgmental and professional. They did a thorough job cleaning out and cleaning. They made a difficult time much easier.

There are no words that can express my gratitude for their kindness and respect Mark, Charity and Chesley showed my Mom while decluttering, cleaning and removing 52 years of stuff. A seamless process over four (4)days and all we had to do was state what stayed and what was going. Thank you. I'll see you in Spring when we do the garage.
