I highly recommend Mark and his amazing crew. They are very good at what they do. They are efficient and kind, which is important in a business where the people they encounter may be going through an emotional time. I had no problem trusting them in my home and with my possessions. They put me at ease as I got rid of the accumulated "stuff" as I made my home more functional for myself in the light of some new medical issues. Their pricing is good, especially when compared with others in the same business. I thought they were worth every penny.

called them at 8:30am , they were there by 11:15am-did a fantastic cleanup job-area was left spotless-thank Marc-this was a tough one on me and you made it a lot easier-hope to never see you again (lol) but if I need a biohazard cleanup I will know where to turn.

This could have gone very bad, had it not been for the concern and genuine care given to detail. Not to mention, an exuberance for the work that "NO ONE " wants to do! Yes, they get paid for it. No, no matter what you were paid, you probably wouldn't do it and secondly; you wouldn't do with the amount of care exhibited by BIO-ONE Trenton. A few before Nd after shots. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! I would use them again in a second but hoping we never have too again but we'll see. Thanks Mark and Bio-One team!

One of the hardest working group of individuals that I ever met. And their hard work is much different then most. They have to deal with properties that are disasters and downright disgusting. And carry and clean items some folks wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. They came up from Trenton everyday in the early mornings to clean my parents house in Essex County NJ and left late afternoon. Never arrived late and never left early until they accomplished that goal for that day. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed.

Mark and his team helped me with a very difficult situation this past week with my sister who was living in an apartment in squalor and was a hoarder. He was so compassionate and was truly an angel. He came to me the next day with his team and cleaned out her entire apartment and helped me right before a major holiday. I cannot express enough gratitude to him. He is amazing at what he does.
