Mark and the Bio-One team were truly phenomenal to work with. Our reason for working together was one of tragedy and he showed the upmost respect and consideration. Mark was extremely responsive and willing to communicate by text which made the process seamless. I actually reside in CA and worked with Mark on behalf of a friend. He did everything he could to maintain communication with me and minimize any burden to my friend who was grieving. I highly recommend Mark and the Bio-One team for aftermath services.
