At a point in my life when I needed help and didn't know where to turn, Google to the rescue! Mark was super responsive, was honest, up front, empathetic, and professional. From my project's intake to its completion, Mark was prompt, professional and thorough. He contacted me right away after I left an inquiry through his website, assessed the job in a timely manner, gave me a very reasonable price and then tackled it with skill. It's never a pleasant thing to need this type of service, but Mark made it so much easier with a unique combination of compassion and focus.

I just purchased my first home that had a rodent infestation. It was a health hazard, so I called Bio-One of Trenton. Mark was very thorough with his inspection and was able to be flexible with my schedule. They cleaned and sanitized the property top to bottom and ran special air filter machines overnight. The crew came back the next day to sanitize some more. They did a high quality job and I can now move in safely.

called them at 8:30am , they were there by 11:15am-did a fantastic cleanup job-area was left spotless-thank Marc-this was a tough one on me and you made it a lot easier-hope to never see you again (lol) but if I need a biohazard cleanup I will know where to turn.
