I needed a deep cleanup for one of my bedrooms. I contacted Bio-one and Mark immediately got in touch with me to schedule my cleanup. He immediately made me feel comfortable with my situation where a company that I contacted before him did not. He came out within days and did an amazing job. I just purchased my first home that had a rodent infestation. It was a health hazard, so I called Bio-One of Trenton. Mark was very thorough with his inspection and was able to be flexible with my schedule. They cleaned and sanitized the property top to bottom and ran special air filter machines overnight. The crew came back the next day to sanitize some more. They did a high quality job and I can now move in safely.

called them at 8:30am , they were there by 11:15am-did a fantastic cleanup job-area was left spotless-thank Marc-this was a tough one on me and you made it a lot easier-hope to never see you again (lol) but if I need a biohazard cleanup I will know where to turn.

Extremely pleased with the great service, caring and professionalism. They worked with an elderly woman hoarder who was overwhelmed, depressed, scared and needed help. Their kind, gentle manner made all the difference. Highly recommend them to everyone needing tenderness and caring especially with our older folks. They were prompt, efficient and the price quoted was exactly what we paid. By the end of the 2nd day, our entire team felt the love being shared. It made all the difference in the entire undertaking. After my friend killed himself and we didn't find him for a few weeks in his un-airconditioned house, we were left with a smelly mess from the decomposition. They removed the stained carpet and biological remnants that were not picked up by the coroner.

Professional, efficient, and respectful. During a difficult time, we needed a deep/biohazard clean & floor removal in a short timeframe. Mark responded immediately and was meeting with us in person less than 12 hours later. He began the job (no easy feat) and worked tirelessly until is was completed far beyond our expectations.
