There are no words that can express my gratitude for their kindness and respect Mark, Charity and Chesley showed my Mom while decluttering, cleaning and removing 52 years of stuff. A seamless process over four (4)days and all we had to do was state what stayed and what was going. Thank you. I'll see you in Spring when we do the garage.

Mark is such a great person, when my family was in need and time was of the essence he was kind, compassionate and was able to accommodate our needs in the short timeframe we had. I was coordinating from across the country which can be tricky and a little nerve-wracking to trust people you have never met in person but we hit the jackpot with Bio One and Mark. Good company they made things a little easier in a hard time

One of the hardest working group of individuals that I ever met. And their hard work is much different then most. They have to deal with properties that are disasters and downright disgusting. And carry and clean items some folks wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. They came up from Trenton everyday in the early mornings to clean my parents house in Essex County NJ and left late afternoon. Never arrived late and never left early until they accomplished that goal for that day. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed.

I reached out to Mark about having our basement cleaned up from rodent droppings i discovered. He came by quickly and took a look and explained the process and sent an estimate soon after. He was very accommodating to my schedule and easy to work with. I appreciate a business that is responsive and professional. The basement looks great, thank you guys!

I called them on a Sunday night and Mark answered on the first ring. He was compassionate, professional, and worked with the insurance company. Mark was great from start to finish and he and his team were so polite and thorough. I recommend them absolutely.

I called BioOneTrenton to help me get rid of a house full of garbage and stuff. I liked them right away because the owner answered the phone. With very little notice Mark arranged to meet, provide a quote, schedule his great team and get a 20 yard dumpster delivered during the week we were going to be in town. Mark, Charity and Chelsey, along with Daniel carted tons of stuff down four flights of stairs and filled two dumpsters with garbage and unwanted items in my condo. After emptying the place they did a deep clean so that my kitchen and bathroom were shining and the rugs were cleaned. I now have a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom I can find. I plan on retaining their services again next year to attack a loft, walk-in closet and walk-in attic so I can sell it. I cannot say enough about how great they were and how they didn’t judge me for my “clutter”. We got along fantastically and they actually made a difficult situation fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting rid of “clutter “ and their deep cleaning cannot be beat. Really looking forward to working with them again.

I highly recommend Mark and his amazing crew. They are very good at what they do. They are efficient and kind, which is important in a business where the people they encounter may be going through an emotional time. I had no problem trusting them in my home and with my possessions. They put me at ease as I got rid of the accumulated "stuff" as I made my home more functional for myself in the light of some new medical issues. Their pricing is good, especially when compared with others in the same business. I thought they were worth every penny.
