Mark and his team helped us when we lost a family member and had to clean out the house. Unfortunately it was also a hoarding situation. Not only did they do a great job, but was able to complete the job in two days. Thank you for helping us through a very difficult time.

We had to quickly prepare our hoarded home for my Mother-in-Law's hospice care. They were wonderful. Not only professional, prompt, and efficient, they were also just a joy to work with. Couldn't be happier! I had a mouse infestation in the drop ceiling of my basement. I called for a quote and he actually pulled back some tiles and looked around. Then told me exactly what would be done. The quoted price is what I paid. It was more than half of what other companies were charging! They came in, removed all the tiles and cleaned everything! Did an amazing job! I cannot wait to use my basement! I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to friends and family.

I needed a deep cleanup for one of my bedrooms. I contacted Bio-one and Mark immediately got in touch with me to schedule my cleanup. One of the hardest working group of individuals that I ever met. And their hard work is much different then most. They have to deal with properties that are disasters and downright disgusting. And carry and clean items some folks wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. They came up from Trenton everyday in the early mornings to clean my parents house in Essex County NJ and left late afternoon. Never arrived late and never left early until they accomplished that goal for that day. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed.
