An expert evaluated the results of a medical emergency within an hour after I first contacted Bio-One. He assessed the situation, told me what must be done with the blood-soaked carpet, and offered an estimate. A little over an hour later, the bio-hazard sections of the carpet were cut out, stored in bio-hazard bags and taken to a hazardous waste facility. The walls were cleaned of stains. World-class customer service!

I had an issue with packrats and kangaroo rats I’m my RV. I contacted Jess at Bio One of Tucson and she took over to ensure the cleaning and disinfecting was properly completed. She responded quickly, was able to reassure me Bio - One could clean and disinfect my Motorhome. I was very worried as the rats made a heck of a mess but my RV was cleaned and smells fresh. I highly recommend bio - one for all clean up you require.

Scott was always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was so helpful and courteous. I am very satisfied with my service. I just wish I'd been advised of all the dust that would be all over the bathroom from the drilling, then I would have covered everything with a tarp or sheet. I'm still happy, overall.

I just recovered from Covid. In the effort to bring things back to normal as I can under the circumstances I had bio one come in and do a complete hospital style disinfection of my home for Covid. They were thorough responsive efficient and professional. I will definitely use them again!
