Very friendly and fast at the job well cleaned up excellent

Were very accommodating did their job in a professional manner and finished earlier than estimated.

We only had a small job involving raccoon feces removal and not only did the company agree to do the job, after it was even easier than expected, they ended up charging half the estimate. It would have been very easy for them to go slower and make the full amount, but their hourly rate is very fair because of this honesty. I was also told what their company does professionally and what I could arrange for others to do at a lower hourly rate that did not involve their specialty, so we could save money. Thanks for your services. We hope to never need you again, but if we do or know someone who does. we'll refer you.

As a result of COVID 19 we were in need of emergency services to have our parents home cleared of virus. They were compassionate, quick and professional. David was attentive and caring of our situation. Highly recommend.

An expert evaluated the results of a medical emergency within an hour after I first contacted Bio-One. He assessed the situation, told me what must be done with the blood-soaked carpet, and offered an estimate. A little over an hour later, the bio-hazard sections of the carpet were cut out, stored in bio-hazard bags and taken to a hazardous waste facility. The walls were cleaned of stains. World-class customer service!

There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for the Bio Tucson team specifically, Jamie, Scott and Daryl. I called Jamie at Bio Tucson after being notified my mother and passed and we need to clean her home. Sadly, she was a hoarder. Jamie was my first point of contact, she was compassionate, patient and extremely helpful. We were coming from California to wrap up some things and she was able to schedule her crew to do a clean out during our time in Tucson with only two days notice. What they did for us was magical. The amount of stress and pain they were able to relive was astronomical. Because of these three people what was once stressful and overwhelming became peaceful. Bio cleanup is not a pleasant topic. Bio-One of Tucson made this experience incredibly positive. What an amazing company. Personal, compassionate communication. Darn near immediate response, and a cleanup crew that is remarkably professional, caring, and remarkably knowledgeable and experienced. I hope you never find yourself in the market for these services, but if you do, Bio-One of Tucson will eliminate you of the burden and stress. I recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever.

I was out of town when the sewer backed up at my apartment complex. Our plumbing vendor fixed the clog and Bio One cleaned up the waste that had spilled over into a couple of apartments. Their staff was quick, responsive and professional. I recommend them to other apartment owners! Pete C
