Highly recommend! You don't find a work ethic like this in today's world. My job was tough. Very soiled unsealed saltillo tile. They kept at it until every little nook and cranny was clean. The Bio-One crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous, friendly and thorough. They were very sensitive to my individual situation and needs. They removed a large amount of clutter in a relatively short time, but they all were conscientious enough to locate potentially valuable items and promptly turn them in to me. The crew finished up by vacuuming the entire house, dusting and cleaning all the surfaces, and sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms. The result exceeded all my expectations. Bio-One's high-quality services were the right choice for me in a time of great loss. I had an issue with packrats and kangaroo rats I’m my RV. I contacted Jess at Bio One of Tucson and she took over to ensure the cleaning and disinfecting was properly completed. She responded quickly, was able to reassure me Bio - One could clean and disinfect my Motorhome. I was very worried as the rats made a heck of a mess but my RV was cleaned and smells fresh. I highly recommend bio - one for all clean up you require.

We only had a small job involving raccoon feces removal and not only did the company agree to do the job, after it was even easier than expected, they ended up charging half the estimate. It would have been very easy for them to go slower and make the full amount, but their hourly rate is very fair because of this honesty. I was also told what their company does professionally and what I could arrange for others to do at a lower hourly rate that did not involve their specialty, so we could save money. Thanks for your services. We hope to never need you again, but if we do or know someone who does. we'll refer you.
