I started having symptoms of mold toxicity and my dogs were also showing symptoms. I suspected my home may have mold. I contacted Bio-One of Tucson. They had a certified mold inspector to my house the next morning, and multiple areas with mold were found from previous water leaks that had not been properly remedied by the home builder. Bio-One of Tucson had their crew at my house the very next morning and began the remediation process which involved several areas of the home, upstairs and downstairs. The work was completed the following day. Their team of professionals arrived on time and communicated with me throughout the process, keeping me informed and providing video and photos of their findings and progress. No one ever wants to deal with toxic mold in their home, but the manner in which Bio-One of Tucson handled this issue made the best out of a bad situation. I highly recommend this company for their prompt response, excellent communication, very knowledgeable and professional staff. I hope I never have to deal with toxic mold in a home again, but if I find myself in that situation my first call will be to Bio-One of Tucson

I just recovered from Covid. In the effort to bring things back to normal as I can under the circumstances I had bio one come in and do a complete hospital style disinfection of my home for Covid. They were thorough responsive efficient and professional. I will definitely use them again!

Jess from Bio-One was nothing short of amazing! Her and her crew were professional, caring, empathetic, and hard workers from day one. We hired them to clean out my father’s residence after his passing since we’re from out of the state. Jess went above and beyond to communicate every step of the way including FaceTiming us after the clean to show us the property. The peace of mind and confidence she gave us through the whole process was worth every penny. Couldn’t recommend this company more!

I liked their customer service response, after another vendor fell flat.The staff was courteous & professional, in their interactions. As a 1st time user of their services, one is not sure what to expect. Contract is overly long & broad. Got impression, that it was a take it or leave it, at bereavement time. Most onerous, was clause giving them carte blanch to publish any & all pictures, without permission or notice, etc. Should do more, with room fresheners, after process is completed.

Great company to work with. Friendly office staff that responds quickly to email correspondence. I would seek their services again.

An expert evaluated the results of a medical emergency within an hour after I first contacted Bio-One. He assessed the situation, told me what must be done with the blood-soaked carpet, and offered an estimate. A little over an hour later, the bio-hazard sections of the carpet were cut out, stored in bio-hazard bags and taken to a hazardous waste facility. The walls were cleaned of stains. World-class customer service!
