Hired Bio-One to clean out a family member's hoarder home. Owner and all employees were professional, responsive, and tireless, as well as patient and supportive. Being connected to a hoarder home can feel shameful but I never felt judgment from Bio-One personnel. The team worked diligently to remove ruined items and search for valuables and mementos. Can't say enough good things about their efficient and thorough work.

Ralph and his team at Bio One made a terrible situation so much more bearable for our family. They did the clean up for the unattended death of my father in law and his dog. I called them at 1AM on a weekday and got a call back within five minuets. They walked us through their entire process and even tried their best to liaise with my father in law's insurance company to make the process easier for us. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process they were kind, compassionate, and professional. I truly don't know what we would have done without them! Though I hope to not be in a position to have need of their services again for some time, I would absolutely hire them again in the future. I enthusiastically reccomend them.

Absolutely stand up company! They came to a rental house I had vacant and came to find out squatters and they’re dogs were living it. Ralph and his crew got right out there, had it done very fast, and was extremely fair priced!!
