Ralph and his team at Bio-One did an amazing job at restoring my brother’s home after his passing. Words can not express my gratitude, as they were efficient yet compassionate. They filed for the insurance to cover the clean up, which was a blessing in itself as it was one last thing my family had to worry about. The service provided was incredible.

My church had a severe problem with pigeon droppings in our attic and upper floors. I contacted Bio-One for an estimate and had them complete the work. Ralph the owner provided the estimate and set up the work the following week. Took a crew of 4 people two days. The crew leader, Jenai, discussed their plans beforehand and was very professional. Both Jenai and her crew had a very good attitude throughout, even though this was a challenging and messy job. They used appropriate PPE and completed the work just as they discussed. I was very happy with the company and crew and would recommend them.

After struggling with depression and unable to get on top of cleaning my apartment and letting it get to the point of becoming too overwhelming for me to deal with I gave this company a call. They were here next day to do a walk through and gave me a quote. Madi and one other woman (I did not catch her name I'm sorry) came in and completely turned my apartment around and all in just under a day. While it is expensive I think it was more than worth it to help regain control over my life again. I didn't feel judged or anything.
