My good friends just went through an absolute horrific, life changing experience and Becca and company are the absolute most professional, caring and hard working group of individuals I have ever seen. I have worked 18 years in the hospitality industry so customer service is something which I tend to pay extra attention to. Brian was very respectful and informative when he came to do the initial inspection scope. The team that came to do the cleaning were swift and also very professional. I am so happy to have my home back. I recommend going with them!

Bio-One came out quickly and cleaned up our home like the flood never happened! Great experience from start to finish. They even did the paint and carpet!

I can not speak highly enough of the work that was completed. I had to hire them as unfortunately a family member ended up willing a condo that needed beyond cleaning and required a decontamination. It was apparent that the family member gave up and had the obvious hording situation and also issues with animals which was a big big problem. After numerous issues with a rude and obnoxious neighbor, having to change plans and use a different set of stairs and also working in a condo that had no a/c while it was extremely hot and muggy, they managed to clean the place out and get rid of all the horrible smell from the left overs of unattended animals. Which was more impressive was through all of these issues they were more than gracious and understanding of my personal situation as well as giving top notch customer service. They even helped check the hvac unit for a leak which was clearly not part of their expertise. I can not say enough how awesome they are and highly recommend these guys if extreme situations require junk removal and decontamination.

I highly, highly recommend Bio-One. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after we had raccoons removed from our attic. Becca was highly informative and followed up prospectively. And Alan was great to work with on site. Very professional and keeping me informed along the way and answering all my questions!

They have been fabulous! We went from the house being uninhabitable to really lovely, clean and orderly. The crew was fantastic, polite, and worked non-stop. What a blessing for our family!
