Isaac Gallatin and his wife, Samantha, are the owners of Bio-One of Des Moines. Isaac and Samantha both grew up in Central Iowa. Isaac graduated early and began working at a Fortune 50 company right out of high school, gaining valuable experience in Customer Service, Adult Education, and Operations. Samantha pursued a degree in education and graduated from Central College in Pella, later earning her master's degree in Elementary Education. Isaac and Samantha are heavily involved in the communities they serve. Isaac and Samantha still live in Central Iowa. They love the communities and people in Iowa and focus on providing help in a professional and compassionate manner. They are extremely honored to serve the people of Iowa. They have a true passion for helping others and serving those in their community.

After moving in the middle of a very hectic year our garage became completely unmanageable. I tried some professional organizers and they weren’t interested in doing a garage. That lead me to googling hoarding clean out companies. I found bio-one. They were professional and efficient, even when I was frustrated and overwhelmed. We got our garage cleaned out in 4 hours. It would have taken my husband and I days (we don’t have) and a divorce to get this done. Joel Akers conducted an onsite review of the scope of work and provided an estimate to completely clean out three houses and six garages in a small community in Northern Iowa. A collaborative agreement was reached and Joel and team started work approximately a month later. The scope of work was accomplished in five days. The team worked steadily at the job and were professional and friendly. Joel arranged all large dumpsters needed for the job. Basic cleanup was accomplished at each work site. Each day they had us review certain items per our criteria to determine whether to hold or dispose. The volume of work accomplished was significant. I recommend Bio One; they are easy to talk to and work with!

After a death in our family we needed crime scene clean up services. Bio-One was very helpful, answering my questions and working with me to get us in the schedule asap even though it was Christmas week. The cleaners were very thorough and kind. They came in an unmarked truck so that the neighbors wouldn't know what was going on. Their services were covered by home insurance.
