We follow state guidelines for the safe removal and disposal of our regularly scheduled medical waste pickups. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly transportation is offered from facilities such as:

Joel Akers conducted an onsite review of the scope of work and provided an estimate to completely clean out three houses and six garages in a small community in Northern Iowa. A collaborative agreement was reached and Joel and team started work approximately a month later. The scope of work was accomplished in five days. The team worked steadily at the job and were professional and friendly. Joel arranged all large dumpsters needed for the job. Basic cleanup was accomplished at each work site. Each day they had us review certain items per our criteria to determine whether to hold or dispose. The volume of work accomplished was significant. I recommend Bio One; they are easy to talk to and work with!

I would highly recommend Bio-One Cleanup. I had a home that was in very bad shape and would have taken me months to cleanup. In one day that had everything out of the house and made my job so much easier. Joel and his entire staff were very professional during the job. They always made sure if they found something that may interest me to let me know before they discarded anything. Joel and his crew are excellent!!
