Mike is the kind of communicator you wish you had for all of your service calls, and he asks all the right questions and handles everything. He delivered on time and on the estimated cost, and working with him was a real bright spot in an otherwise very difficult time. Can't recommend enough. Thank you so much, Mike.

I left a review on BioOne website also. I forgot to mention that he was recommended to us by the detectives of the Worcester Police Dept. I had already spoke with Mike so I knew BioOne was team we were using. When I got the recommendation, it was just reassurance. If you are looking for someone that does the job exactly the way you want it done, then don't hesitate to call. Mike Belanger and his team are extremely hard workers. They cleared out a condo in a short time, left no mess, and were completely respectful of a delicate situation. They arranged everything and gave us important information on who to call and what we needed to do. In the middle of a heat wave, Mike and his team did a thorough biohazard clean up, and a total clean out of the property. If you are looking for someone to count on to do the job right, call BioOne. We are beyond grateful to have found them! They definitely know their job and are extremely dependable, capable, and gave us a very fair price.

My dog was injured, I had to rush him to the vet, the dog is doing well. My car was covered in blood. They did such an excellent job. My car looks brand new. Very pleased with the results. They were fast with their service, courteous and kind.

Highly recommend - Prompt, knowledgable, kind and with integrity! Mike at Bio-One came out the same day that I called with a concern about mice droppings in our attic. We have had an exterminator service on hire the past couple years to prevent mice that seem to like our garage and we were quoted upwards of $10k by them to clean out droppings in our attic. I called Bio-One for a second opinion on the clean up. Mike did a thorough evaluation (and climbed into our tiny attic opening!) and provided reassurance that it was not a major issue (barely anything there) and did not require professional management. He was so personable, knowledgable and kind and saved us thousands of dollars with his evaluation. If we ever have a true issue I will absolutely be reaching out to Bio-One again.
