When my boyfriends father passed away very unexpectedly we were very much at a loss for what to do. He had been gone for nearly 2 weeks without us knowing and the shock alone was horrific to deal with. We were quite sure where to turn her what to do add that to the grief And you have a recipe for disaster. We called Bio- One Unknowing what exactly they would do. Little did we know that we would be cared for so incredibly well. Nicole was on site at the house the same day. She was kind courteous respectful and allowed us our dignity while still Telling us what we needed to know and helping us get the job done. We didn’t lift a finger. She did everything and kept us in the loop at every step of the process. I cannot even begin to imagine what this would have been like without her help. She even worked with our home insurance directly to help us with a ridiculous deductible. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. I hope I never have to use them again. But I know if anyone I care about ever did need them I would recommend them without hesitation.

It was a pleasure coordinating with Nicole. She is professional, compassionate and brave to go into the homes not knowing what to expect lol. Nicole was kind, persistent and an active listener. She responded promptly to my every text and call regarding the job and provided progress photos as they worked the project. Serving the most difficult population and situations with a smile on her face :)

I have been dealing with debilitating mental illness for my entire life and was unable to repair/care for my home following a traumatic event. Bio-One were so kind upon intake as we made plans for tackling my home. Every single person involved was compassionate, kind, and discrete. The work they did was nothing short of amazing and I am incredibly pleased with the results. Nicole, Mia and Bianca are a blessing. The whole team was top-notch. During what is undoubtedly one of the most difficult times in our lives, Bio-One brought some deeply needed peace to our hearts. I asked for skinny fire fighters and Albuquerque did not send them. My house was such a mess but I figured it would be worse if it burned down. AFR got me in touch with the HEART program and I met Cristian who is a Paramedic Lieutenant, HEART Division. He encouraged me and brought up the idea of Bio-One and I met Nicole. She came and saw my house and told me it wasn’t’ the messiest in New Mexico. [I do think I get honorable mention.] I told her I wanted to clean myself and she let me know that had never happened. She gave a bid with me helping or her crew does it all. It is easy to know which would cost more. The best thing is Nicole and the Cleaning Team let me go at my pace and after two months they have removed more than 100 bags of trash that I have bagged up. I probably have one more visit to take trash away and I know the team will help with that. They will also encourage you along the way and work on your schedule. Clean while you are doing something fun like Monday Night Football with Troy Aikman & Joe Buck & the energetic new opening night theme song. This will be the end result: I will have an open house and invite everyone. Political figures, News Media, My Support Group + Neighborhood. It will likely be another several months of painting and other fixes. My 3-Bedroom house will be open for spa days for my support group to relax in a safe comfortable place during Holiday events. Win-Win for me and everyone. A healthy place to live and thrive and work on my mobility. And always we will watch the NFL.
