Fantastic people! I had a terrible roach infestation at my current apartment complex. To the point you could smell it instantly after walking in. I went ahead and reached out to Bio-One and and scheduled a consultation. Nicole came next day! She was very kind and understanding with our issue, helping us figure out a solution. Even keeping in contact well after, making sure our problems were solved completely! Couldn't recommend enough!

It was a phone call no multifamily owner ever wants to get, I was saddened to hear one of my tenants had lost all hope and committed suicide in one of my units. I panicked. I had no idea what to do after the police and family were notified and....I live out of town! Bio-One came out to see the unit, sent me an estimate, explained everything to me over the phone, and even told me that most major insurance companies cover the cost. They Kept both myself and my property management up to date on everything. They handled it in a very professional, sensitive way. Bio-One did an excellent job with the clean up and sent before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company!

Bio-One assisted my family in an unfortunate find we unearthed in our new home. Kris came all the way out to our place in the East Mountains and did a great job fixing up a job that someone else covered up and hid under the floor. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. You were on time, professional, caring, and provided quality service. This is a team of incredible people who care and understand what you're going through. It's not easy to deal with a death and if you need a team to come help restore your home and help you move on, these are the folks to call. 10/10.

From the moment of my first contact with Bio-One and speaking with Nicole, I knew that I'd be dealing with professionals. Nicole was amazing in arranging an initial site visit and promptly provided us with a VERY fair proposal that was within our budget. The two main workers, Mia and Eric, were extremely professional and hardworking. They were also some of the sweetest and kindest people I've met. They arrived on time each day and worked straight through. They may have taken a break but I can't say for sure because they were always working when I saw them! They were extremely respectful of the items in the home and of my elderly mother who lives there. It wasn't easy for her to let go of 30+ years of stuff and Mia and Eric made the process very gentle and easy on her. The job was competed on time and everything was done based on the contract. Nicole was always a phone call away and she was always available to answer questions and address any concerns that we had. I highly recommend this company hands down! I promise you will not be dissapointed!
