You Don’t Have to Face This Alone

Crime scene cleanup and cleaning up after a suicide is not something anyone should have to face alone. You’re already in a tough spot—you shouldn’t also have to figure out how to clean it up. We’re trained to handle every part of it safely and compassionately, so you don’t have to carry that burden.

Fluids and bacteria can damage the space fast, but we never rush. We follow every health and safety rule, and we always move at the pace that feels right for you.

    • Blood and bodily fluids can carry harmful pathogens, posing health risks.
    • Trying to clean it yourself can retraumatize and put your health at risk.
    • We’re certified to follow OSHA, trauma, and biohazard safety guidelines.

    How Our Bio-One Team Helps

    • Certified and Trained for Safety: Our technicians follow OSHA standards and industry best practices to safely handle biohazards, ensuring the space is secure for everyone involved.
    • Complete Biohazard Cleaning: We decontaminate spaces affected by biohazards, including bloodborne pathogens, making the area safe and livable again.
    • Compassion First: We take time with every scene. If there’s something that looks meaningful, we ask if you want us to wipe it down and save it.
    • Private and Respectful: We arrive discreetly—no marked vans, no judgment. Our work is quiet, respectful, and always tailored to your comfort level.
    • We Go Where You Need Us: We clean homes, apartments, garages, vehicles, and storage units. Big or small, city or country—we’ve seen it, and we’ve handled it.

Why You Shouldn’t Do This Alone

You shouldn’t have to carry this part, too. Let us handle the cleanup so you can focus on healing and remembering your loved one, not what was left behind.

Help is just one private, judgment-free call away.

If you are ever in the need for biohazard removal, Bio-One of Asheboro are the people to call. We had a freezer go out and we didn't realize it because it was upstairs (never make that mistake!) and we had not been up there in several weeks. Needless to say we could not even think about how to handle it. I called Bio-One Asheboro and they were there within an hour and had everything cleaned up and removed (freezer and all) within an hour and a half. They checked under the quarter round where it had leaked and they cleaned everything!. They were super professional, nice and understanding of our issue. We couldn't have asked for better service.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They worked with me to stay within my budget and did an amazing job of getting the property cleaned out. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them!!

After my mother finally realised the living conditions she was in were horrible, she decided it was time to leave. We were left with a mess. I had attempted to start it myself, but it was just not something I could have done on my own. Especially living 3.5 hours away. I was in contact with Social Services in her area already and one day I asked if he had any recommendations for services that did this sort of thing. I was sent Bio-Ones info. So glad I called. (although I did procrastinate for a while before I called). But as soon as I made that contact, things went smoothly and quickly, and every step of the way I was given info and updates. Next thing I know the whole house is empty as requested. Not everyone needs the same service, so don't be afraid to talk over with them what they can do for you. I wanted the house emptied into the garage just to make things easier for me when I go back down to collect the important things. A weight had been lifted off my shoulders, because it was bad and just overwhelming to think about. Now we can focus on the next move with ease. Thanks to Aiden and the Bio-One team!!!

    Frequently Asked Questions

What does Bio-One do during a suicide cleanup?
We remove all biohazards, disinfect the space, and make it safe again. The goal is to lift that weight off the family. We do everything quietly and with care so you can focus on moving forward.
    How soon can you respond?
We answer the phone 24/7 and book the next available. If you call today, we’ll likely be there today. In this line of work, quick response matters—and we’re always ready.
Do I need to be home when you arrive?
No, not unless you want to be. Some people prefer to step away, and that’s perfectly okay. We’ll coordinate everything in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
    Will your crew be discreet?
Yes. We arrive in unmarked vehicles, wear plain clothes, and don’t draw attention. Your privacy matters to us, and we always work quietly and respectfully.
What kind of training does your team have?
All of our technicians are certified in biohazard cleanup and trained in OSHA bloodborne pathogen safety. This is technical work, and we take it seriously.
How long does the cleanup usually take?
Most jobs take just a few hours, but we’ll stay as long as it takes. No shortcuts. No rushed jobs. We stay until everything is done right.
What should I expect when I call you?
You’ll speak with someone kind, local, and professional. We’ll ask a few simple questions and explain what happens next. We’re here to help—not to pressure or overwhelm you.
    Do you help with insurance?
Yes. If your policy covers it, we’ll work directly with your adjuster and handle all the paperwork. We tell people, ‘Don’t worry about that now—we’ll deal with it later.’
Is this something I can clean up myself?
We never recommend it. It’s emotionally hard, and without training or proper gear, it can be dangerous. Let us handle the cleanup so you don’t have to.
    Why should I choose Bio-One?
We put the needs of people before the pursuit of profit. We’re local, trusted, and show up with compassion. You’ll always be treated with care, honesty, and respect.
