I did not use this company, however I called this morning to try to find out some information about how the process works... and even though the gentleman (I’m so sorry I think he said his name is Matt) knew we were already using a company closer to the place of necessity - he was so willing to give information, help and guidance. Bio-One handled a house for us that had issues with mold, vermin, and other bio-hazards. They worked well and professionally, were knowledgeable about the cleaning and structure as well as many recovered items, and were able to recover items of value that we would never have found ourselves. In addition they were very kind, and as they have a lot of experience with houses like this, they were able to reassure us that much of what we were dealing with follows a pattern and was not simply aberrant, which was greatly appreciated.
